Should I be concerned?

Just called the Vet, not possible to see Thurmond until Thursday. Did a BG at noon it was 121. I found his eyes looking like the picture. I am concerned. Picture that I am unable to attach, Anyway, one of his pupil is big and dark, and the size does not change w/light.

I can't answer the question, but am responding to bump your message up to the top. I suggest you change your title to be more specific about Thurmond's eyes and the difference in the pupil size.
