As you know, there is no dry food that is ideal for cats with FD. That being said, without seeing the "As Fed" or "Dry Matter" analysis, it's hard to say which of these has fewer carbs, but I know that a number of people feed their diabetic cats the Evo.
I believe they recently changed the formula for NV Instinct Chicken Meal and not sure what the carbs are now. They were about 12% and Evo is about he same.
