Squallie, what's going on buddy...time to drop it down a tad. Is his appy still going crazy?
Yes, he's eating everything he can get his little paws on! He was driving me nuts for more food last night, so he got a "snack" which was really just a small meal. Then this morning he polished off his breakfast and civvie Candy's - she usually eats half of hers and then comes back later and finishes it. He ate her breakfast yesterday, too.

Squallie that's a bit much for isn't it. Leave your sister's food alone.
Mr. Hoover just vacuumed it all up, and poor Candy wasn't very happy when she came back to finish it! Now he's sucking down his lunch like he hasn't eaten all day. Candy is eating at lightning speed, lol, I guess she doesn't want to lose out on this one!

Should I be looking at a dosecrease? It seems like his numbers are just getting higher every day.

ETA: He has a history of bg getting out of control very rapidly.

I wonder what's up with the hoover mode? Poor Candy. I little extra food might be increasing his numbers a bit. I'd give Squallie a couple more cycles yet before increasing. If he sticks to the 90's and above, you might have some room for an increase.

Thanks, Wendy.

This hunger thing is new for him, he's only been doing it the past two days. He has been on cyproheptadine for quite a while, but I think he doesn't need it right now. I'm going to try not giving it to him tomorrow morning (I'm going to go ahead and give it tonight, his appetite tends to be less in the evening, but we'll see, it was pretty darn good last night!) and see if he still hoovers up everything in sight. I'm glad he has a good appy, but this is ridiculous. And he most certainly does not need to gain any weight, the little tubby!

He really doesn't like Candy, she's a Mean Girl and she launches attacks on him for no reason (except maybe jealousy). I'm sure he enjoys seeing her distressed because her food is all gone!
