Seeing Shadoe's amps today seems to indicate that this dose is not too bad at all. She very bright eyed and aware, but still picky with her food. She did not like her morning squirt of the A/B&tuna water and I am wondering if that's the reason she is not eating right away in the morn.
This evening, I will try to test her, feed her, give her shot and then when she is done eating, give her the A/B squirt. Whatever the problem, she better start eating when it's put down because her big buddy Oliver has a very good nose, and he comes over to check out anything that's put in the feeder.

To think that Shadoe weighed in at 14.1lb on dental day, is half the size of Oliver, and he is apparently is 15lb.
Clearly she can afford to lose a few ounces and Oliver likely needs to gain a few.

I hate giving A/Bs because it makes J.D. inappetant (sp?) and I worry. I have often resorted to appetite stimulants while giving A/Bs. I hope your plan works for today. Sending eat good, Shadoe, vines.

Really nice numbers to start Shadoe's day. Good luck with the A/Bs!! Clearly Shadoe is not thrilled to be taking them!

Since I don't know her +5, maybe she was lower but I did not see it, so it did not happen :lol:
I would prefer she take a bit of time to get really good with a dose before moving down the ladder to 3.5 or something.
I wonder, is that where we would go?
Up till one week ago, Shadoe knew only one direction: UP!

Okay so who is this cat and what did you do with Max's friend Shadoe.
For sure she does not want to be upstaged by her new brother and all the talk
about him so after getting up to 14U plus R plus sliding scales plus complicated and
technical condos, Shadoe needs to get the tongues wagging in the other direction.
Going to have to come up with a nickname for her.
She is looking like her buddy "Mad Max"
This is so great.

Well, whatever happens, in the meantime, she's looking pretty fine, shaved belly and all.

WOW Shadoe really seems to be taking to the Levemir! That is so nice to see ! You must be tickled pink, I mean not pink..blue! Blue would probably be better

I don't think it's the Lev, it's the 'magical' molar that was extracted.
Ever since then, she's been in free fall.
I know it's not permanent, but it's nice for awhile.
We'll take it!

 

So far so good with this dose; I think Shadoe likes this 4u.

She is totally relaxed and so casual, even around Oliver.
It's a good feeling to be sure.
