Still with the diarrhea. Wiping his ass all over the house. Waiting to hear from the vet. Got a dose increase today. Hope to see some greens soon - cant imagine the diarrhea is helping his BG.

Oh Wendy, poor Tiggy! And poor you...yuk, that can't be pleasant. I hope you hear from the vet soon! I'm sending anti-diarrhea and healing vines to Tiggy.

Gobbles abhorred fortiflora--I tried all different ways to get some in him, to no avail...but the ReNew probiotic is somewhat tasteless (yup, I tasted it!)--it was the only thing that stopped his long bout of diarrhea. And the few times I noticed his poo kinda soft looking, I give him another few days of the ReNew and things really firm up quick

It's a human probiotic. Sienne and Marje both suggested it to me, more than once, until I finally ordered a bottle of it (I wish I had listened to them sooner!!!). I swear by it. Remember when Gobbles had the bout of diarrhea that lasted over a month? When his vet couldn't figure it out and when I spent close to $1,000 to no avail? Well, I finally got some and it did the trick--1/3 capsule in a can of food 2x day (the civvies got some too). In less than a week, Gobbles had normal turds. I kept them on it one week longer, and now use only when needed. I did read that some cats can get constipated on it, but none of mine ever have. Here's a link:
