Re: 3/21 Willow AMPS~214

New WCR: Just scared me to death when he stood in my bedroom and meowed/cried so flippin loud that I heard him all the way across the apartment, in another room, behind a closed door. I ran over and he immediately meowed at me and jumped up on my pillow and laid down with a thud (it's the place I test him at AMPS). I had just tested less than 10 minutes earlier so I haven't retested yet, but the behavior was borderline bizarre for him. I cuddled him a few minutes, the puppy sniffed him excessively, and then I added fresh food to his bowl and he he promptly began eating again. Not sure what that was all about.

Sometimes cats are just cats!
I wonder if he smelled like an old bandaid and perhaps that's why the puppy smelled him... I donno. Any other spot checks in today Jordan?

Please help... he's showing signs of neuropathy in his hind legs. I believe this is the reason for the crazy crying this morning. It has continued off and on throughout the day. He is not walking on his toes as he should and lays down in the doorway instead of going to his normal spots. Some of his movements are clumsy. I know he should be given methyl-b12. How much and where do I get that? Is there anything else I should be giving him for it?

Has anybody heard from Jordan & Willow? They have been heavy on my heart & mind today - after sounding so urgent yesterday - but I have not seen any posts today for an update confused_cat

During the summer Skippy was meowing and growling and he somehow injured his foot. Perhaps slipped on something maybe at night if his BG dropped. Who knows. I took him to the vet and they perscribed and anti-inflammatory that I only gave him once since I found out it was not really a good thing. He got better on his own.

But since then I have been giving him Cosequin initially 2 tablets for 6 wks and now 1 tablet once a day and also Xobaline which is Methyl B-12 by a company called LifeLink. This is made for felines specifically and I give him 1-1/2 tablets a day. They come in 3mg/60 sublingual tablets.

Hence, he is doing so great and got his spunk back. good luck
