regarding the possible down time the board *might* experience this weekend...
"We'll be moving the site, once again, over the weekend if everything goes as expected.
This will result in limited down time. At no point should the board be totally inaccessible. There will be times when some users will be able to access the "new" location, while others are stuck on the "old" location. Posts on the "old" location will not get moved over to the "new" location. This usually just takes just a few hours, but depending on who you get your internet access from, could take 24 hours to update.
I'll post another update before the actual change happens, and put a notice to let you know if you are on the old version or the new location."
note robert says the move to the new server will result in
limited down time. he also mentions some posts may be lost.
if you are in need of immediate help and cannot access the FDMB, please post on the Facebook Feline Diabetes page for assistance. once you're on Facebook, type "feline diabetes" in the search bar at the top of the page. the group associated with the FDMB is the one that says "Feline Diabetes Open Group". it has 900+ members. be sure to bring the link to your
updated spreadsheet with you!
since some posts may not transfer over to the new server, save your posts this weekend to your own computer in case of loss... if it's important to you.
