Good morning, LL!
Sending vines and hugs to Mariko & Lucy, Wendy & Tiggy, Rachel & Chyna, Georgia & Simon, Kathie & Zeus, and Nancy & Pepper.
Ripley is doing great today.
Most Ps are in place, good appy, and tearing up paper (that's our 8th "P" ~or maybe 9th ~ lost count. Tears up paper/magazines/mail/newspaper to show me that she's hungry AND I'm taking to long preparing her fuds; sometimes she also chews on houseplants, door frames, her rocking chair ~ all while looking at me.  Poor baby...  ).
Thanks for the visits yesterday afternoon/last night Carla, Kat, and Amy!
I wasn't able to post info on the second-half of yesterday: a med. appt. ran late, I got home JUST in time to T/F/S Ripley and give fluids, then I ran out the door for a dinner & play date with a friend. I didn't have time to give R her pre-meal Pepcid treat. I need to ask my DH today if he noticed any signs of acid tummy last night... She seems perfectly OK today. Needless to say, yesterday and last night there were minimal tests; I wanted to catch a +6 or +7 last night, but failed to set my alarm. Oh well...
OT: Today we have our annual Father's Day Luau at my school. It's such a sweet event. The dads bring beach towels, and have a little picnic on our playground with their kiddos. There'll be leis, Hawaiian music, grass skirts, Hawaiian decorations... so fun! At the end the kiddos sing a song called "Mahalo." I'll try not to cry...
