This morning I gave him the shot at 7:00am. His AMPS is 353.
Then we went out and just came back home(at about +3.5).
I found that he was not at normal place, but under table and looks scared very badly.
He is not a such easy being scared cat. He's not afraid of strangers, and when we go to the vet, he might be angry, but never being scared. It's rarely seeing he being afraid, not mention scared so badly.
He didn't let us give him a hug and kiss(usually he love to do these when I come home), and stared at one place. No matter how I called him, he looks like he didn't hear me, and he even didn't give us a glance.
He never being such frightened before.
The other two cats didn't show any difference, but they stayed at bedroom this morning, not like Dumdum stayed at living room.
We give him the test immediately, the number is 350. I believe this number is coming from his extremely nervous.
After an hours comforting and giving some snacks to him, he looks better now, but still stays at alert.
I can't figure out any possibility. For eg. Great sound. But we closed the glassdoor, and if it is sound, other two cats should be much frightened than Dumdum. If it's seeing something, other two cats should also see it. But they didn't.
All I can guess Is..... hypo?
Is hypo might bring this kind of acting?
I'm really not sure. As his BG curves before, +3 or +3.5 should not be the time that will happens hypo. And the test also tell me he didn't at a low number....

He's now still staying on the cabinet and stared at living room.

I'm thinking of taking him to the vet, but besides scared, he didn't have any other symptoms. His ears and eyes are all fine, he can walk or run or jump as usual, and he can eat when I give him snacks.
Should I bring him to the vet? Because today is Sunday, the vet is not the one we usually go to. Or I wait to see if there's any other differences, than decide go to the vet we used to go at tomorrow?
Is there any other way I can comfort him?
What should I do?

This doesn't look like a hypo. See the list of symptoms in this sticky:

Is he in pain? Did you feel his joints? Press on his stomach and belly? Could he have sprained a joint from jumping down from something?

If the PS testing & the +3.5 showed not much difference, it is unlikely that he can dive in such short time. Did you test him again? The current should be +6, right?
Yes, Sunday's vet clinic is packed. If Dumdum is my cat, I'll observe & keep testing every 3 hrs since he's in the 300'ish. Dont panic, your behavior will affects him. Try giving his fave snack to coax him to come down fromthe cabinet. Give him a gentle brush to check if anything with his body.

Hi Akilo. Sorry I don't have any real advice for you and Dumdum. Every once in a while, Shasta will just sit and stare and not respond to my calls, kisses, etc. She eventually snaps out of it, but it always makes me a little nervous (like you are now.) All animals react differently to different situations. It could have been that Dumdum heard a loud bang or something and the other cats weren't bothered by it. I don't know. If it were Shasta and she was running, jumping, eating, etc., and her numbers were ok, I'd probably keep an eye on her and see how she was acting after a day or so. But that's just me. You know Dumdum the best. I hope that he relaxes and gets back to his usual, lovey self. Hopefully someone with more knowledge and experience will come along and give you better advice.

Hi,
I am not really experienced, but there are a few things I would do to see if an immediate vet trip is required.
- Is he breathing normally, not shallow?
- I would check his pulse. it's easy to find it, inside thigh.
- Check for fever. Does he feel hot?
- Check his gum to see if he is in shock. Is it pink? Press your finger and release, and see if the blood returns immediately.

These are the things I would do to my cats if they are acting really wired...

I've done all exams you advised, and luckily all looks are fine.
I use snacks to get him down and test +6 numbers, it's 356. Now he seems not so nervous and lay on the floor.
I think that means things getting better. I'll keep watching.
A loooooot thanks to you.

I suspect your observation, that Dumdum is scared, is accurate. There are all sorts of things that can be upsetting to a cat. There may have been a fight between Dumdum and one of your other cats. A noise can upset one cat and not another. (There are members here who will report one cat is terrified at the sound of thunder and the other cats aren't bothered in the least.) I would leave Dumdum alone and just give him time to get back to normal.
