Oh a BLUE AMPS again! I LIKE that! We're 'celebrating' 2 years since KT's diagnosis today - do we really 'celebrate' those things? I guess we do - it means 2 more years of EXTRA SWEET Love. He's feeling well, I didn't see any runny poos this morning so hopefully that pectin DID do the trick. It's a 'fresh chicken' day for him - NO PAPA, NO dog food...chicken - I wantz CHICKEN! Yeah...dat! In dat green bowl! DAT! CHICKEN...I WANTZ CHICKEN! No, not DAT chicken, dat's yesterda's chicken! MAMA, I wantz FRESH cooked CHICKEN! OH PWEASE PWEASE!!! I iz dyin'...only FRESH chicken will save me...haaaalp meeee

Not quite a blue this morning but hopefully we'll see it later today! This should be the end of that bounce from that green earlier this week. All P's in place already for him!!! We played 'string' for quite some time this morning - 'String' always reminds me of Weezer (Linda for Weezer) - she loved playing with her string in the bathtub with the water jets. I'll bet Dakota would enjoy that too. He's such a sweetheart and is finally figuring out we're not going to let those 2 little fuzzy 'Not Cat things' eat him. If things go as planned (yeah...right), he'll spend about half the day today out roaming the house with nearby supervision. He and Snow rubbed noses this morning while he was in my arms...Snow's been doing his non-threat poses for Dakota for the last several days, Leo started them yesterday - now it's just KT and those 'not cat things'...

LEO!!! OH LEO!!! BIG HUGE LOOOONG DANCE!!!! He's doing AMAZING - no BETTER than amazing! He's breathing fine, has started cleaning himself end to end again, playing - all P's in place again. He and Snow were doing mutual cleaning when we got up this morning, first completely comfortable shared loving. They were sitting in the sun, both of them just sparkling, eyes half closed, 2 happy happy boys. Snow has missed that SO much since we lost Nuisance, he was SO SO happy that Leo finally feels good. Leo's a lover too, they're now both in Heaven. I still don't know what it was that broke it up or if it was a combination of all. We bought this HUGE charcoal house filter (AMAZING TOO!), I changed to walnut and corn litter AND he had a depometrol shot (YUCK-STEROID!)

All other fuzzy feetz are doing well. Something was roaming the neighborhood last night - kept all the dogs up barking most of the night. We got up and checked a couple of times and saw nothing but it's DARK in the country...can't see much. Don't know if it was human or animal but it sure kept everyone up....

BIG HUGS to all that visit today! Thoughts and prayers for those needing them, fly free sweet Lucky, you're missed.

Yaya on Leo feeling better and grooming. Dakota is adapting so well, you are so much better at integrating the furkids than I am. I cave when Tess gets hissy! Besides, Emma would be bouncing off the walls if I tried to keep her indoors!

Sounds like things are going great at your house today. So glad that Dakota is adjusting so well and enjoying playing "string" (Stu loved "string", too, Rusty not so much). Great news that Leo is breathing better, that Snow has some kitty friendships going, and that all is well.

I know those anniversaries are bittersweet, but I'm glad you've had two more years with KT. I'm glad all the over furbabies are doing well too.

Loved your post I so enjoy hearing and picturing how our furry families get along (or not at times!) Glad KT's 2 year anniversary is a happy one!

Happy Annifursary, KT! Yes, it's a strange thing to celebrate. I guess it's more celebrating thriving during the last two years and not the event itself. I imagine KT is doing so much better now than he was then. I'm so glad to hear Leo is doing well, too. And Snow. And Dakota. And everyone else. And nothing about the weather! Yay! :lol:
