J.D. is eating his 1st Breffis.
The rain finally stopped this morning and the sun is shining, so J.D. isn't taking himself out for walks in the rain and getting himself soaked like he was doing last night.
I have to get ready for work in about 5 minutes. One more day. I'll bring J.D. with me.
My dad has been complaining about how it is difficult for him to sit or drive for longer than 5 minutes, and the time before last that he called me, he said he was better, but last night he called again and said he could barely drive to the closest store and back. My step mom is not much of a driver and usually my dad does most of the driving. The doctor's say it's a nerve problem and my step mom says it might be related to his sciatica sp? Anyway it's on one side of his butt (sorry dad
). So, I think he's trying to tell me that it will be hard for him to pick up me and J.D. at the airport, when we go on vacation. Maybe, I can get my step mom to do the long drive, I don't know. Maybe, he'll be feeling better by then. It's a 2 hour drive from San Francisco Airport to where my dad lives (so that's 4 hours of driving for them). Normally, I am carrying a pee soaked soft sherpa carrier off the plane, and my dad has a litter box and blankets in the back seat of the car, and I put J.D.'s stinky carrier on the blanket next to me in the backseat of the car, and I take J.D. out of his carrier and he has the opportunity to get out of the carrier and stretch his legs and use the litter box on the ride home. I don't know if a rental car or a limousine would appreciate the wet carrier, and cat, and have a blanket and a litter box for the long ride home to my dad's house. I don't know what I'm going to do yet. I hope my step mom can drive, or my dad gets better.
