WCR: All Ps in place. Today's movie title: Attack of the Happy Appy! :-D She scarfed down her breffis and when I added another ounce of Turkey & Giblets with a little Chunky Chicken, she gobbled most of it up, too! Now she's resting on the ottoman. Today is a soggy, soggy day here in Central FL thanks to Tropical Storm Andrea.

WHR: I have a follow up appointment with my doctor that did my epidural steroid injections. Unfortunately, it's a 30 minute drive to the office and we're under a tornado watch as we receive the outer bands of the tropical storm. I'm really irritated that this appointment is today, but we had no idea that we would be dealing with a tropical storm and I hate rescheduling. I kind of keep wishing that they will call to reschedule, but if not...I'll suck it up, drive carefully, and "hurry" home to nap all day with Shasta.

Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

Re: 6/6 Shasta AMPS=280

Nice sunny start for Shasta. Great news on the happy appy!

Good vetty appt for the bean. Stay safe and get back home to your snuggly kitty.

Thanks Melissa! I was about to leave for my appointment and the skies just opened up and the wind is a-blowin'! Think I'll hold off on leaving and they'll just need to deal with me being late. I ain't driving in this mess! (that's my southern attitude coming out!) :-D

Yeah, watching the rain blow sideways across the road and then change directions. Nope...not driving in that, especially as I would have to drive over the causeway bridge. No sir, no sir, no sir! <shakes head>  However, I should finish getting ready so that I can make a "speedy" get away! Have a great day!

Re: 6/6 Shasta AMPS=280 +2=176

Oh, Deborah, please be safe on the road!
Napping with Shasta later sounds like a good plan.
Take care!

Re: 6/6 Shasta AMPS=280 +2=176

Please be careful if you go out in that crazy weather. I hope it's not too bad where you are.

I'm glad Shasta had a good appy this morning.

Re: 6/6 Shasta PMPS=332

Good evening Josie, Mary & Carla ~

I waited until the nastiest of the rain had passed and by the time I left, it was pretty ok. Rain was fine....enough to clean my car, but not enough for me to lose sight of the road. The roads had some standing water, but negotiated it fine. Got a good bill of health from the spinal doctor! dancing_cat Ran a few errands to some thrift stores...I've become a fabric hoarder. Time to start sewing so that my "stash" starts dwindling! Came home and had a GREAT snuggle with Shasta. I tried to nap, but this headache is too throbby, throbby...so we just snuggled. cat_pet_icon About to start working on a little sewing. Goodness, I need to start posting pictures! Soon, very soon! Hope you all have had a great day.

Hurray for a happy appy! I'm glad you made it safely to your appt and back. Jeesh! You realize that you have a disease, now that you have started buying material.  Incurable.

Liz, the worst part about this sewing thing is I'm so highly distracted by a certain little kitty, that every time I get started on a project, I find myself taking a break to give her pets or pokes or playtime. At this rate, I'll never finish anything!
