Wow! That 44 came out of nowhere! Well, maybe it did but you are missing any data for 6/1 so Bagheera probably went low last night.

No, there is data for 5/31 and 6/1. My human just didn't update my spreadsheet. Last night, my blood sugar was 284, so he felt very comfortable dosing me with 5.5 units. He was shocked with the 54 this morning. I didn't show any signs of being hypoglycemic. In fact, I was very playful and loving and came to him twice in the middle of the night to give him sandpaper kisses and purr in his ear.

After we ate, Jacey and I chased each other around, so activity wise, there were no signs of trouble. And then seeing the blood sugar go up made my human feel better.

He'll get another reading at noon just to see what is going on.

Now Bagheera, do you usually give your bean sandpaper kisses at night or were you trying to tell him you were low and needed some food to raise your BG's?

I do this from time to time. If I wake up in the middle of the night, and wander around, sometimes I will give my human sandpaper kisses and purr in his ear. Last night I did it twice, at around 4 AM and then again around 6 AM. The second one is what I do quite a bit because my human gets up around 7 for my shot.

My blood sugars are back up to where they are higher than we want but also not so high that we are in trouble.

We will see what tomorrow brings.

Did you see Siennes note because it looks like you shot at your regular time instead of 12 hours from the +5 test on the a.m, cycle.

If you did shoot in less than 12 hours, please be extra vigilant and test. You could have alot of overlap especially at that dose.
