Topper doesn't feel well, he's lethargic.

He's eating well, he thinks he's starving.

I'm trying to check for ketones but after watching him for hours and him not even going near the litter box, what did he do as soon as I went outside for 20 minutes? Yep.

Could the bg jumping around like this make him feel lousy?
