Morning ~O) ~O) I was happy to see this blue after yesterday's cycle where I had to bump Maggie up with carbs so I could make my monthly appt. I had an early wake up call but was able to talk Mags into some snuggles and another hour's rest. All is well with four P's and always hope for the prezzies, per Detective Poo.

We will have a cooler day with a nice temp of 78 vs the 90's yesterday. I felt spent from the heat, and knew some of you were freezing on the east coast, crazy weather!
Looking forward to our new little Barista's coffee today.

It's nice to see a blue start for Maggie today. :-D :cool: It is good, considering the extra carb bump yesterday. Greens today for you Maggie?

Nice too on the cooler weather. I like the 70's, warm, but not hot. A tad bit cloudy her today, we may make 65. You off for a walk today? Enjoy your day, whatever you end up doing.

Yep, it's chilly here...we have the heat on again :roll: ! But, it's supposed to start getting warmer again tomorrow. Totally crazy weather.

Hi Michelle, thanks on the prezzie vines. I took a short walk just to the recycling and trash bins, but will do a longer walk, too. The cooler weather day will be a welcome change from the last two days.

Hi Amy, I hope it warms up there soon. Yes, Mags is still using her steps. Last night she had her pole toy by the bed mid sleep cycle, so I gently picked her up and coaxed her to bed. But all the other times she uses the steps. She does a cute hop onto the bed on the last step. She has Vetty appt. this Thursday. She is still peeing out the box, and I suspect a UTI or increased renal values.

Hi, Ann, yay for extra rest & snuggles! And yay for cooler temps! We're cooling down starting tomorrow, but today we'll be in the 90s again. Enjoy your day!

Nice dip into the lagoon for Maggie today. I hope everything goes well with her vet visit on Thursday and she doesn't have a uti.

:? Mags had a little bf with her Miralax and one Temptation smashed against a pp with one of her meds. It sure does the trick of pilling but messes with her bg's.

I'm also glad you get her med in her :-D .

I'm running out of ideas for Checks.
This morning, I wrapped it in a bit of cheese, put a dab of butter on that, than smushed a kibble into that.....then sat and stared at him to make sure he didn't cheek it, then spit it out. :roll: Oy!

:lol: :lol: Barb and Checkers, so was it the stare that did it with Checkers swallowing the pill. I followed your recipe earlier but didn't use the cheese and butter, instead the pill pocket + Temptation.
I discovered another way just now. I crushed Maggie's pepcid pill and made a paste of the Gerber bf and water and just mixed the crused Pepcid in it. Mags licked the spoon clean :-D and didn't realize she swallowed the Pepcid.
