Looks like Ripley had a good day while I was at work. As Ann/Maggie predicted, she slept on her rocking chair (or at least she was there when I left this morning and there when I got home :lol: ). During my 10 min. drive home from work, there was a pretty intense rainfall. But the moment I got home the sun came out (thanks, Mannie! Great timing!) and Ripples went straight to the back door for her basking time :cool: . Very cool indeed.

Today marks 6 months since Ripley's FD diagnosis.
She's come a long way since then.
Man,oh man, I'VE come a long way since then!

I just got news about Ripley's culture and sensitivity results (from last week's urinalysis ~ tested positive for uti): The bacteria is responsive to the Clavamox that she's currently taking, and it's the same type of bacteria as last uti (in. Jan.). I was finally able to talk my vet into prescribing Clavamox in pill-form rather than liquid! I pick up those puppies tomorrow :-D . He must think I'm a freak for being so, um, persistent.

Persistence - it is certainly something we all have or acquire quickly as we care for our FD babies!

What a beautiful condo Ripley! Keep on surfing :mrgreen:
 
Wow...can't believe it's been 6 mos. ripples loves :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: these days!

If a member of KTSS goes to the vet, the others just fill in. But I'm sure they could always use backup. :lol:
