Previous Condo.
I didn't realize how long it's been since I last posted a Mikey Condo.
I've been trying to find the right dose because he seems to be falling somewhere between a skinny 2.5 and a full 2.5u; skinny is too little and the full is too much. :? These last few days, he seems to finally be able to take the full without dropping to nerve-wracking nailbite_smile levels. For a little while there, I was considering going out and buying some 10% carb food to float him along on the full 2.5u dose till he got big enough for it. Now I'm a little glad that I was too lazy to go to the store and buy him some and instead just waited it out with these fluctuating numbers.
But, Dale 'n' Chip (and Marje) will be happy to hear that it's because of this delicate balance that I'm finally giving in and am ordering myself some of those Terumos and am going to start using dosing calipers. Mikey has proven too sensitive to dose adjustments for me to keep guesstimating on the cheap-o ReliOn syringes like I've been doing.
I also used this opportunity to test out whether or not his vial is still any good. I'm not seeing any floaties or particles in it nor is it cloudy, but each time I've used the vial, he's hit pinks again, which we haven't been seeing for a while. I think it's safe to assume at this point that the vial is not good any more.
And because I haven't had a Condo in a while, time for a pic, too.
(I had to attach it because for some reason, FDMB is not letting me link to images right now and keeps claiming they're over 400 pixels high when they're not).
