I didn't do too well at waking up for alarms last night :roll:

This morning, he has only eaten a lick here and there. I have offered two different flavors. I gave him Pepcid at +8.
I just gave him 1/4 Ondansetron to see if that helps. He ate a few bits of food since then.

I'm going back to bed. I hope he eats while I'm sleeping.
If I have to I'll give him some cypro, later. I'd rather save the cypro for the days I go to work (without him). I don't know if they build up a resistance to it, or not, and don't want him to.

He's eaten maybe half of his 1st Breffis of 1/4 can of FF, and is working on the second half now. He ate treats just fine, which he got as he always gets for climbing up his cat tree.

Off to try to catch a few winks before getting ready for work.

Sleep fast! I can totally understand J.D. eating the treats so well and not so much his breffis. I like treats better than my regular old fuds also... Come on J.D. munch up that breffis!
i hope today at tbp flies by for you and J.D. brings his numbers back down to those gorgeous ones from yesterday. If this is a bounce.. it's a nice little tiny one.

Hi Dyana - I certainly understand the alarm situation ... sometimes I don't understand how I set the alarm and somehow they magically get unset sometimes. Dead. I hope yo got some more winks and make it through the day while J.D. slides back down into happy numbers. See you later!

you guys do not know how many alarms she has set on her phone. it is a wonder she can keep them straight :o :lol:

I layed down for an hour but didn't sleep. J.D. was laying wrapped around my head as always and I just listened to him purring and then he did some snoring (shut up Dian), and then he did some more purring. My brain didn't get sleep, but my soul was fed and I had a big smile on my face :)

:lol: Dian, I forgot you knew. I only have an 11:00pm, 12:00am, 1:00am, 2:00am, 3:00am and 5:00am for testing. A 5:45am and 5:45pm for shots, and one 9:00am every Saturday for B12 shot reminder.

J.D. finished his 1st Breffis earlier when I posted, and just ate his 2nd Breffis at +3.
I don't have the luxury of waiting until +3 to make sure he's fed properly, when I go to work. 2 Breffises = 1/2 can FF total. I try to get him to eat 2 or 3 breffises before I leave each day by +1.5. He better eat better, tomorrow morning.

really folks. we were trying to sit outside around the fire pit having a few and that damned phone was beeping away. she was even getting confused what they were for and get this..... she added a few more @-) :YMSIGH:

J.D. was 176 the second before we left the house, and 79 about 30 minutes after we arrived at work.

I gave him his usual 1/4 can FF when we got here and he has barely eaten any of it.

I wish he would just eat. I have put freeze dried WildSide Salmon on his food, freeze dried Real Food Toppers on his food, and now just added freeze dried chicken. No go.
If he goes to forty, I'll break out the MC. Fingers Crossed he'll eat that.

Finally, he's eating a little food, since I finally relented to adding a few dry kibbles to the top. :roll:

Hi Dyana, What a nice green surf for J.D.! Hope the kibble doesn't cause too much of a bounce and that is appy gets happy. Paws crossed that the cypro continues to work. J.D., eat your fuds!

(((Dyana))) Looking at those numbers, I am getting that tight feeling in my stomach...going through the not eating with Shadow too as you know. sigh. These boys will drive us both crazy in the end, right? ohmygod_smile Glad he ate some. I used crushed Temptations on top along with freezew-dried chicken...he ate it finally. I hope J.D. keeps eating for you and keeps eating tonight. I saw that +4.5 as 17 and was worried too. I'm glad it was 176.
 
Sorry I messed up with the +4.5 of 17 ohmygod_smile :oops:

I was at work and barely was able to test a low of 42 at +7.5. He ate just fine when we returned home from work at +2.5. And he just chowed down another meal. Maybe he doesn't like being that low. Anyway, he's giving himself a really good (satisfied) bath now, and with this +3, I think I'll get a good night's sleep :)
