Ugh! I've been so slammed at work this past week that I haven't caught up on any of my posts on here or even logged into facebook! I just got a new iPhone at work, so once I get all my stuff transferred off my old blackberry, I might be on here a bit more (unless I get sucked into Angry Birds :lol: ).

I think I figured out why Mikey's been running so high the past two days after his 56 on Wednesday. This morning, I followed Michelangelo outside to give him his AMS. (He now no longer likes me giving his shot to him while he eats and prefers to wait for me to do it and picks his own spot: outside, in the kitchen, or on top of his kitty condo.) While outside, I hear this weird sound coming from where Henry was out in the grass. I look over to see this:
It was a brand new bag I had just bought on Sunday. I don't know when he got it, but I suspect it was sometime Wednesday night or Thursday morning because by the time I picked it up, it was almost completely empty! So, if Mikey's been munching away at those treats along with Henry, that explains a lot!

Contraband!! Well, let's hope that's causing the higher numbers so you can get Mikey back on track. I can just see them munching away, looking over their shoulders...teenagers - ugh!!

Let Mikey-Mike and Henry T. stalk Angry Birds through the window? Some kind of strategically placed bird feeder may be just the ticket for that. :shock:

I forgot to mention before that sometimes the new Lantus pen may function as an increase. If the old vial/pen was getting weak. So I usually treat the changing of the pen as a (potential) minor increase, and time things accordingly with other dosing changes.

Do you really think Henry let Mikey have any of those treats? :razz:

What kind of treats are/were they? They look like freeze dried chicken.
