Morning it sure looks like Mags had a nice surf last night after her yellow pmps! Now I know how the Avoderm Chicken reacts with her bg's! I can use the Avoderm when I want to bring Mags's numbers up. Mags was on the bed again when I awoke, so she's using the steps after I fall asleep, and I don't even hear her she's so quiet. Mags has a good appy, taken some of her meds and had two breffifs. She's taking a second btd! I should be taking my first one, but I really need to balance my checking account. The paperwork has been sitting on my table for over a week, one of those I'll get to it later items.

Have a nice Saturday. I probably need to get out and about as I forgot a couple things yesterday (leaving my to do list at home). Mannie, looking forward to one of your special Quad Espressos, the best ever!

What a nice start for Maggie today. Blue amps, my fav. WOW on the avoderm Chicken - quite the spike from that. Looks like to would be a good food for when she is running low.

YAY! for the steps! I bet it makes Maggie happy too, knowing she can get up and down from the bed whenever she wants. I should look in to that for Mannie.

Enjoy the chores, and the errands. I've been known to forget my list too, and then have to go back....

Nice start for Mags! Such a bummer about the AvoDerm. Argh, picking fuds is so challenging! Wahoo on the steps - so glad she if finally enjoying them! And lucky you about her being so quiet...I sure I wish I know how that feels :lol: !

Yes, too bad on the Avoderm, as she did like it. I can still give her a small amount with her regular fuds once in a while as a treat. The steps are nice, and they are wide, as I notice she can place all four feet on one step. She uses them to come down, too.

Hi Amy, it sure is challenging with picking a food that's both good for their crd and diabetes. For a while Mags was on the RC Renal LP, but when she got the kidney infection, she wouldn't eat it. It was a much higher carb, but at the time I adjusted the dose.

It's nice to see Maggie back at the lagoon today. I guess the Avoderm didn't affect her BGs for too long.

Hi Detective Poo, I did notice a little poo on her pillow. I had been massaging her and wonde if it helped. It wasn't much though!

Not too bad a day for Missy Mags today. She was a little picky and antsy when I was giving fluids, so I gave her a mini snack of FF just to test her appy. Appy was okay, and she was just having a picky appy today.

My Vet called today, and Mags is to start a b/p med, as her readings were on the high side last b/p checkup. He wanted to consult with the IM Vet first on Mags. So Mags joins the b/p kitty club and will be on the Amlodipine. I thought I would start it early tomorrow morning, easier to remember.
