Yeah, he's always been really good about self-regulating and bringing his own numbers up by eating on his own. It makes it so I don't worry too much (like yesterday's +5/84 at lunchtime, I had no problem going back to work knowing he wasn't going to drop too low). One downside is that I end up worrying that I'm growing complacent nailbite_smile so then I start to worry over lower numbers. ohmygod_smile It's a vicious cycle and the only way to break it is to finally suck it up and start "shooting low to stay low." :lol:

He doesn't appear to be a crazy deep sea diver. Other cats dive to 20's or 30's on a somewhat regular basis and with little warning.
Once you get started "shooting low to stay low" with Mikey, you likely won't look back. :smile:
