Yep, I think this vial is toasty - I fed REALLY LC yesterday and last night trying to drive these numbers down but that didn't work. There were no low numbers to cause liver panic so the only thing left is toasty insulin. I got an AMAZING email from a wonderful MamaBean asking if I needed insulin...so, thanks to someone special, we have pens on the way!

On another note, after Snowshoe's BG being 153 at vet Tuesday, I tested yesterday - 52 and this morning - 61...so it WAS vet and trip stress. He fought me getting in his carrier even to leave, that thing took his little brother away and came back empty... :cry: last week. He's gotten rid of more backed up poop and feels so much better. I need to start weighing him on a regular basis to catch when it's backing up again.

All is well in Squeaky's Furever Home! Sun shining NOW, was COLD and sleeting yesterday - nice to see again. BIG HUGS to all that visit today, thoughts and prayers for those needing them. Specials thoughts for Allie losing Buddy last night.

Are they missing nuisance? What a great name that was by the way.. How did you choose it?

I wish there was a way to verify the Lantus potency. KT, you can still work that juice until you get the new pens. Great news on Snow! And of course Detective Poo is always glad to see a good poo report. Yay for sunshine!
