Good morning

Yesterday was a yo-yo day...up and down and up higher and down. :roll: Reminds me of our weather here in FL...30s and 40s the past few days...70s and 80s by the end of the weekend. ugh! Shasta and I were very happily snuggled up when that stoopid alarm went off this morning. Really didn't want to get up, but I have a school inservice today at my school so I guess I have to go. :YMSIGH: I'd rather be here with my little girl.

All Ps are good. She's eating breffis now...appy is ok. Pee/poo are in the LB; got a few purrs last night; a little preening; and a few bouts of play last night. I'll have to miss her PM shot tomorrow night as it's my students Pre-Festival concert. I hate missing shots...just when I think we're getting on a good streak...I have to go and screw things up. blah! Ok, I guess I'll go and get ready for work.

Thanks Dyana, Bruce & Devon for checking in on us this morning. Shasta is having an ok night. Her bean, on the other hand, feels like poo. I CANNOT get sick. I don't have time and I don't have time and worst of all...I don't have time. :YMSIGH: :sad: Hoping Shasta behaves tonight so that I can get some sleep and maybe sleep off this gunk. In the meantime, I'm working through some music for tomorrow night's concert. Sorry I won't get around to condos tonight (and most likely not tomorrow night, either.) I hope everyone is having a peaceful and lovely Monday. Sleep well, LL friends.

Awww, thanks Liz & Josie. She'd had a nice evening of blues so that I can go to bed now. She'd been trying to sit on my lap the whole evening, but I've been trying to get stuff posted for my students, so now she's grumpy with me. Hopefully she'll snuggle in bed and we can both feel better. Hope you all are having a good night. Sweet dreams.

Hi Deborah, thanks for visiting our condo today and I am sending healing vines your way! I see that you're a teacher, too. It makes it much harder for us to have to call in sick if we need to stay home to monitor kitties, so I understand very well the stress you feel about the demands of balancing work and a special needs kitty. I am also in grad school, and ALL grad classes are 3 hour evening seminars. I don't typically get home until 10 pm every night, so it really complicates feeding and shot schedules. Fortunately, my DH helps.

I hope you're able to get some rest tonight, and I hope Shasta gives you a nice surf.
