2/16 Leo AMPS 181

The last Leo Condo

Hi All,

We tried getting on a few times and couldn't and it looks like we just stopped getting the SQL errors - yay!

Leo is Leo is Leo. The Rainbow King. Nothing has changed, all 5P's regularly in place. Leo is home with daddy bean this week while I am in CA to visit family, so DH is BIC. We've been BCS'ing several times since DH doesn't have the flexibility to test as often, or the experience to deal with a green lagoon dredging. Of course we end up with more lovely bounces, but what else is new.

Since our last condo (I think) Leo and I got a flat tire a couple miles from home on one our commutes and my car was FILLED with cases of cat food and parts for his cat condo (plus him and all his normal supplies, etc.) It was snowing and I had to pull EVERYTHING out of the trunk in the parking lot of a funeral home. DH came over from work and changed the tire. THANKFULLY we were just starting our trip. Leo didn't do well on that trip - too much for a little guy. But the trip back was relatively uneventful, aside from all the bodily fluids that thankfully he contained to the LB (he had some peeing issues the previous couple trips).

I'm having a great time out here with family! I am running the Rock and Roll Half Marathon tomorrow morning, hoping to see how badly my month of sickness/recovery will affect my ability to run this without completely sucking or injuring myself :shock: But I run right past my parents house (early in the race!) so I expect to see them on the side of the road in lawn chairs!

That's a nice AMPS to start out his day, today. You're lucky to have your DH to help you. I'm sure he's doing a great job!

Nice start for Leo today. Hopefully he surfs nicely for his daddybean today. I hope you are enjoying your visit with family. In case you didn't read it somewhere else, we were having trouble with the board and Rebecca got us moved to a new host. That's where the SQL error messages came from.

Sorry to hear about the stressful car trip, ugh. But yay for wonderful DH to the rescue!

Hi Dyana - DH is working it, and learning as he goes. We text all the time and it's nice to get some (pretty) full night sleeps. But +11 for him is 4am for me! Thanks for the race wishes - it has been high 70s here since I came but cool in the mornings and evenings. Perfect!

Hi Carla - Leo headed green, which I figured he would so we BCSed this morning and I'm glad we did. And in true Leo form .... he's rocking the bounce right now!

Hi Ann and Tess - yes, thank you, I am feeling MUCH better. I lost a lot off my training, but I'll finish (paws crossed). DH - wonderful service

I'm glad the new hosting company is working out well. I hope that the technical difficulties are over. Whew!

Hi Lisa!! Sorry for the late post.... The afternoon got away from me once gain...It is great to have a condo for Leo - Mannie and I have missed you guys. An yes - bouncy rainbow Leo. Somethings just do not change. and... oh my(!!) on your flat tire episode... so nice that you were close enough to home that DH could come. I am glad too that Leo had a better trip this time. Well done little man. Good luck with the marathon! How exciting. I hope you do well. Enjoy your time with family too -and being in Pasadena! WOW! Fun times.
