Good Sunday morning all,

Sorry this will be brief....I'm exhausted and need more sleep, but I'll write more later. Shasta is good this morning...BEBT. Good appy! She was acting a bit strange last night when I got home...she'd run a little, then sit down and 'attack an itch' on her back or lick her tail. I remember reading about this, but I can't recall the possible cause, off the top of my head.

Ok, back to bed. Blessings to all!

Morning Deborah, hope you have a good and restful btd and Shasta snuggles along with you. Nice blue AMPS for the start of her day.

Hi Ann, Shasta and I did have a nice snuggle. Unfortunately, I didn't get any sleep during my btb time...massive headache kept me awake. We are taking it easy today and hanging out on the couch...Shasta's preening, at the moment. I hate that I had to miss her shot last night, but so far, she's been hanging out in the blues. However, I have a feeling this is the start of some bouncing. :? We shall see! Hope you and Maggie are having a lovely day!

Update on me: My concert, last night, was wonderful! There were a few squirrely moments, but we recovered and sang the snot out of some awesome music. I tried to protect my back & neck throughout the morning/afternoon rehearsals. I ended up holding my music folder with my right arm/hand; and while driving to and from Orlando, I used my right hand/arm...huge difference in my pain outcome. I'm still in pain, but not nearly what it could have been. Sucks getting old!

Hi Deborah, Shasta looks pretty darn good so far. Hope there's no b word.. or it clears really fast if she has to do it.
I'm glad your concert went well! Congrats on singing the snot out of the awsome music!!!  I hope just resting today helps your arm and shoulder get better and better. lots of hugs and scritches from us to you. mary and oliver

That's a great cycle for Shasta and even better considering the missed shot last night. You should have more concerts. :-D Our civie Tillie does that, where she runs then licks at her back. She's had itchy skin for a long time and that's what we think it is. Moving to wet food helped her skin issues a bunch. I wish you could see our PT here. He would have your neck and shoulder issue worked out pretty quick. He really digs around so it hurts like the devil but he figures out what causes the pain. Have you tried ice?

Hi Deborah - wow, hat a nice cycle for Shasta, and all on a missed shot - one would never know. She may just keep on truckin' as they say. Looking great!

I hope your are feeling better, headache all gone. Healing vines if it is still with you. I hope your concert went well, was fun too.

Hi Mary, Liz, Michelle, & Michelle~

Shasta's kept up her blue cycle for most of the day...very happy and exciting to see that! I added a capsule of cosequin to her dinner and wouldn't you know...you started limping tonight! Really, Shasta?! REALLY?!?!?! She's curled up in my lap right now and we'll be headed to bed soon. All Ps are present. I got her toenails trimmed tonight because I noticed that she scratched a little spot bloody above her eye.

Tomorrow is a day of cleaning, cooking for the week, chiropractor appointment and planning for the week. My headache is mostly gone (thank heavens!) and the shoulder/arm/etc. is better at the moment, so I'm expecting it to be a bit better by my appointment. Liz - I would love a PT to figure me out!!! I would also love for my insurance to cover massage therapy! :-D Until then...I have a tennis ball in a long sock that I use to roll against my back via the wall. (seeing as I can't get Shasta to kneed my back!)

Sorry I didn't get to condos tonight. Got sucked into the shows on my dvr. Hope everyone is having a good evening. Good night!
