Looks like Missy Flat Cat is back on the scene!
Civvie Triplet (plus Frankie) Update: Overall, everyone is doing very well. Noah, Petey, and Frankie (who is not one of the Triplets) all LUV the Science Diet Hairball, which I'm giving as a 50/50 mix with their Orijen. However, Zen (the third Triplet) - who has the biggest issues of all and for whom this experiment is most relevant - is not impressed with SD, and won't eat much of it. Of course. But, he's eating well and spunky as ever, despite the litter box issues. So, today I'm off to find another hairball fuds to see if his poos improve/he approves of the flavor. I figured the SD would be like Kitty Krack to all of them...someone always has to throw me a curve ball.
No one has "offically" barfed in over 2 weeks now...HUGE relief. But, on Sunday, DH reported that Petey hacked the biggest hairball he'd ever seen, and yesterday - not to be left out - Noah wharfed his own hairball.
(Short recap for those who aren't familiar: After years of battling liquipoos and other dietary sensitivies with my 3 littermates, AKA "The Triplets" Noah, Petey, and Zen, I'm trying a different, somewhat uncoventional approach by feeding them a high fiber/lower protein/simpler ingredient list hairball formula. These three have all sorts of sensitivies, and flat out refuse to eat canned food, which elimanates SO many options for us. And, as an aside, Frankie has the exact opposite problem - occasional constipation. So, I'm hoping the higher fiber fuds will help her as well. Now, just to find one that they all agree on...my task for the day!)
Sending many healing vines out to Mannie, SimonB, Fitz, Georgia's Civvie Cleo, and everyone else who needs them. We are truly seeing the power of LL prayers these days...let's keep it rolling!
Have a great day, LL!!
