1/4 Honey amps 184, +3.5 120 - vet ap. & URI treatment ?

So of course now I feel guilty for not taking her sooner ohmygod_smile
Still the watery eyes but this morning I had trouble getting her to eat. After 3 different cans, finally got her to eat FF and FF Appertizer mixed. I think its a problem with smelling the food - needed something really strong to get her interested.

Rang the vet and we have a 2:30pm this afternoon - pretty sure its a URI. I assume they'll start her on antibiotics?

Dont fell guilty.. you are going now.. and you werent to know it wouldnt clear on its own without a stressful vet trip for her. Good luck!

There's one thing you can do at home. Run a hot shower. Get the bathroom really steamy and let Honey hang out in the steam. It may help to unclog her nose!

Trying to do some research on cat URI - amazing the things I'm learning nowadays!

I read about using L-lysine - I might get some.
But what about antibiotics? Any suggestions? So nervous now in case the vet prescribes the 'wrong' meds after reading various posts.

I use this brand of L-lysine. I give 1/8 of a teaspoon x2/day.

Any update?
