Good morning all,

Brief report coming your way...lots of cold kitty snuggles, purrs, pee, poo (yesterday), not much play (she's too cold -bundles up on heating blanket and locked in 1 room), and no preening yet but she's also still eating her breffis. I'm freezing in this room and will crawl back under the warm blankets in a moment to hopefully fall back asleep before going to church...in 4 hours!! I'll be back in 2(ish) hours with a check up.

Hi Deborah, Stay warm under those blankets!! Grrr on a cold bedroom, but being with the parent beans for Christmas must be wonderful.

Thanks Mary! My little Shasta has not moved from her little igloo since before I left from church at +3; and not its +7! I did put her fuds right up next to her so,that she didn't have to get out of her nest, but I feel so bad. It's got to be in the lower 60's in this room. The rest of the house is fine, but because I have to close the doors to keep her in here and this ac/heating unit is not working properly...it gets NO heat back here. :-| At least she's warm and toasty under her blankets and on top of the electric blanket! Hope you and Oliver are having a great day!!

Can you get a little space heater for that room? It's amazing how much heat they can put out.

Hey Liz, if I thought we wouldn't burn down this house, I'd consider it. With this old house, I don't trust space heaters or even the chimney! I've been snuggling with her throughout the day. She's such a good snuggler...especially when she's cold!

Hi Deborah, been thinking of you and Shasta and how your visit with the parents are going. I remember visiting my Mom in PA one Winter, and I was so cold the whole time. I hope Shasta is hanging in there okay. Thanks for visiting us and Happy Holidays.

Hi Ann, things at my parent's house is...well, it's being at my parent's house...with my mom, dad, sister, her two kids, her evil cat, my evil cat & me! So many bodies under one roof! :lol: Thanks for checking in on us!!

Thanks goodness you've got Shasta to keep you warm in that cold room. I love how they find nests in the blankets to keep warm. Looks like she might be wanting your attention tonight.

Hi Wendy, she is the best snuggle kitty. Well, mostly. She's very indecisive about being under the covers with me or on top of the covers, laying on my arm! Either way, I'll take it!! Hope you and Neko are enjoying a nice evening!
