Leo is back in Leo Form ... the storms just scare the daylights out of him, poor boy. Yesterday was a find day of sitting on his kitchen chair, looking out the back door. DH turned one of the chairs around to face outside, and Leo's now ensconced there a chunk of the day. One of his testing treats now is that we'll open the back door for a few minutes afterwards (it's been in the 30s and 40s here).

Today is All Christmas All the Time. Have to decorate the tree (it's been up and smelling up the house wonderfully!), clean up for family coming, START wrapping all the presents (ack!) If we can get a lot done, then my reward will be a nice heavily-spiked glass of egg nog! But I want to do a long run today - Leo prevented my gym workout yesterday and I'd like to pre-burn the egg nog calories, and burn some from our End of the World Party last night.

The party was great! We had a White Elephant gift exchange - we had to bring something we'd need after the end of the world, or to prepare for the end of the world. We brought a package with a machete, a solar powered battery charger and a single serving of Spam, and the other had a neat multi-flashlight and battery set, a firestarter, and a single serving of Spam. The first gift was popular and stolen several times! It was a blast, and I was good and only had a couple drinks. Just one tequila shot

HI Mannie - I'd love a delicious triple espresso of the day, although I did get some good sleep last night with Leo's Bouncy-Bouncy, so I don't need EMERGENCY delivery. Be careful running around all the FedEx and UPS trucks guy, my favorite Kitteh Barista!

Hey Lisa, sounds like you have a great fun filled day ahead, hope you get everything done. The party sounds like it was a lot of fun. Hope Leo comes down from that bounce... Love the idea of Leo sitting on the kitchen chair looking outside, so cute. My kitties love to sit on the window sill in the summertime, to get the fresh air and watch the world.

Maybe with Leo's bounce today you can get more done (less testing). Hopefully Leo will slide down slowly today. Sounds like the party was really fun.

Morning guys wow you have had quite a bit of action lately!!! Hope you get your run in today! I am heading to the gym in a bit myself. Enjoy trimming the tree and getting the presents wrapped, once it is all done you will feel great! Hope Leo doesn't take a dive on you today and just slides down nicely. Have a happy Caturday!

Busy day - tree is decorated, I had a nice 6.5 mile run but it was brrrrr 39 degrees and WINDY! But nice to get out and get my head cleared.

HI Kathie - it was a great day and time to relax. Leo has moved from his perch right to the back door, but he sure likes it! Window sills were made for kittehs!

Hi Carla - yes, Leo gave me a pass to get some work done. He's coming down at a fair pace, hope he puts on the brakes before too long and only dips to greens. Have a great night!

HI Michelle - Yeah, lots of action in the Leo Household! His collar is missing. There was a lot of wind and banging around - I wonder if it's under a couch somewhere and he lost it during a mad getaway! Good to hear you are going to the gym - I had my run, and promptly blew all the calories on egg nog! :lol:

WOW on yesterday. I a so sorry that I missed it all for the past couple of days. It is great to see Leo clear the bounce so soon. Excellent Leo! Sorry thought that you are so off schedule. I wish you luck getting it back.
