Ok I was too lazy to get up last night but I am guessing he continued to drop from his bounce. Be interesting to see how he goes from here this morning.

Today I caught him doing a slightly soft poo so this diarrhea is very intermittent and getting less frequent I think (touch wood).

He again had a ton of energy last night so I played a lot with him before bed. However at 3am we had the usual meows with toy in mouth and at some point he decided he wanted to get to Cookies food which we keep on the dresser in the bedroom (to give her peace to eat it).
i think he was balancing on the empty laundry basket (which has been there for years yet he has never been interested in). Its an open top basket. I had my eyes closed but I heard wood noises, meowing ( his usual narration) and then the basket tip over. He never got to the food. He did find a piece of string in the basket though and proceeded to play with that so I imagine he will be repeating this fun experiment again...

DH cant believe the energy he has had recently.. Its great... I just wish he didnt have the neuropathy although it slows him down a bit ;)

He is 7 years old.. isnt he supposed to be slowing down by now? ;)

Another great surf for Tiggy!

The neuropathy should improve once you keep the numbers down. Chip is also a 7 year old rambunctious *kitten* (when he's not curled up sleeping?) and his neuropathy seems to be completely gone after a few months of regulation.

Looks like taking his dose down was a good idea. I looked back a few days and saw his picture....how cute he is! I love the look on his face!

Please forgive me for not remembering but he is on methyl B12 right?

Tiggy is doing great! 7 yrs old is still young for a cat.
Rosy's 12, her neuro came after the dx but never improved much even with 9 mths on the Meth B12. I am thinking if I should continue or not. But Rosy's not regulated. Tiggy will stand a much better chance for a complete recovery.

I took him off the B12 after he had the nerve cell tumour. Maybe it's coincidence but a pill that promotes nerve regrowth and then a nerve tumour developing after three months... I can't take that chance.
