The good news is J.D. ate all his 1st Breffis. I actually, couldn't wait to see if he'd eat, this morning, and put the food down, and waited 'til he was done (it only takes him a couple minutes to eat 1/4 can FF), and then tested that number, and gave him his shot. CPC here  Now, if he keeps eating well, I can work on his BG.

I hope everyone has a good day.

My thoughts will be with Claudia and Rocket and Comet today.

He's not eating his 2nd Breffis. I'll be working on that for the next half hour before I leave for work.

I'm hoping that he's eaten his 2nd breffis before my post to your condo. J.D., you need to bring that number down, ok? No more high numbers for you.

So his BUN has gone down a little, his Creatinine is on the high side of normal, and his Phosphorus and T4 are fine.
Everything else is fine.

The vet said he is skinny. He weighed 13lbs 0oz at the vet yesterday, and was 14lbs 0oz in June of 2011.
But, he said not to give him a ton of food. I think he looks fine.

We went for a walk after work and I had steak for J.D. and peanuts for the squirrels. J.D. was plenty happy to get the bits of steak. Came home and he ate a bit of food, went to raid Ginger's bowl because that one's always better, ate a bit of hers, and then he was done. I think I finally got him to eat about 1/4 can or so of dinner. I'll keep trying to get him to eat.

Good news on the numbers! But icky on the PMPS. Come on J.D., get back down here.

I have to start getting Leo's bloodwork results. I never bothered to get copies of anything after they told me the results, but now with his DX and also the FIV, I realize I should start doing that.

I hope J.D. enjoyed his steak! Yum!
