Yesterday's Condo

Morning all. Not much sleep for bean or kitty last night....A lil vomit and some runny poo all over the carpet for kitty and me constantly worried and waking up all the time. She's not eating terribly well, but she is in tiny bits. I'm going to give her an hour or so to let the other meds kick in and then giver her a lil bupe.

Hope everyone's doing well and there are lots of happy condos today.

The poo is probably the result of antibiotics. Do you have any FortiFlora? It will help with the diarrhea and may stimulate Abby's appetite. Remember, you want to try to get more food than usual into her. If she'll more readily eat a higher carb food, that's fine. Did you get any MaxCal?

No, I don't have any FortiFlora. I'll have to look it up. I also don't have MAXCal....I need to find out where to get it. We were going to head to PetSmart tomorrow and get a sampling of different foods to try.

I'm struggling with wanting to put the food and water bowls in front of her face whenever I have a chance with letting her rest and catch up on her sleep. She eats and drinks whenever I do that, which is good I think but I also know she needs to rest.

Petsmart doesn't have the fortiflora.
I haven't found it any any of our stores so you might want to get that ordered.

Petsmart also doesn't have many of the upperend food brands. I went to Petco last week and they had more carb free types.
I was suprised because I usually don't shop there. They have Maxcal as far as I know.
Here is an easy to print , quick shopping list.
I find myself standing in front of cat food varieties and unable to remember which one was okay?
It's easy to add more to the list this way.

I appreciate the list! In the past i had printed out the big list and highighted the ones I was looking for and walked around like a crazy person in PetSmart. Now I analyze the lists at home, write down the few I'm looking for and then go and get them and hope they're there. My most important task right now is getting her calories and carbs be damned if need be. She's eating when I bring the bowl to her and wake her up to eat but not once today has she sauntered into the kitchen to eat or drink. Then again maybe this is her plan all along to get bedside service from me!
