Yesterday was a repeat of the previous day, a daytime green surf followed by a bouncy night!

The last time Neko was at this dose (5.5 U) was at the end of May, but I must say the SS looks much nicer now!

We were up earlier than usual this morning so of course the kitties both thought that meant food time. Neko kept on going over to the test kit and looking at it, then going to the morning test spot. She knows the routine all right! We finally got our act together and fed them (at the scheduled time) so life is good again. A couple of yard patrols have been executed and Neko is now in front of her BFF the autofeeder.

DH is off to the boat house to work on some rowing shell repairs, and I'm heading down in a couple of minutes to help (lift boats, etc.).

@Lu - It's good to hear a Grayson update. I'm still waiting for the "wants less food" part of post SRT to kick in for Neko. It would be nice if one day our kitchen counters would be safe for people food again. :lol:

Hi Wendy, nice report on Neko. It's funny as when I get up early, too, Maggie thinks it the ole routine where she gets fed. Have a nice today and hoping Neko slides down nicely today.

It's funny how kitties get into the routine and can't understand any changes. Come on down Neko. Yellow is nice, but blue would be better.

Looks like today is yellow surf day. We have a bit of time, might get into the grotto yet! Not bad for a .5 U reduction each of the last two days. And we have NEWS! Neko has actually been running today! One of the acromegaly symptoms for Neko has been lethargy. I was outside with her earlier today and she ran, for no reason at all, just for the fun of running. She did it a little later inside too, and it wasn't to chase Theo! :lol:

@Melissa - continued sunny conditions for Neko and she is feeling good!

@Rhiannon - I don't think we'll have greens this cycle. It may take a while to settle into the new dose.

@Ann - these cats have built in clocks, but they sure don't mind setting the ahead an hour when it comes to food!

@Carla - I'm hoping for the blues soon. Slowly easing down today.

@Pip - I think became a different cat while you were gone, either that or the SRT is starting to take effect! Rupert, where are you?

@Leslie - She reached down the whisker and more. A bigger drop from +5 to +7 than from +3 to +5 which is where she usually drops. Must be clearing that bounce.

What a nice day yesterday for Neko - all that green! Good day today too. It was great to read about Neko running, for no reason other than to run. So so cool!

@Michelle - DH turned his back his dinner for a minute, 10 seconds later a paw reached out and swiped the lamb kebobs onto the floor! The kitchen counter is not yet safe! A common characteristic of acrocats is extreme polyphasia - that extra growth hormone makes them like teenagers. :lol: It was a gorgeous day here, as I'm sure it was at your place.
