Good Monday morning LL,

Sorry I don't have tons of time to chit chat...time for Shasta's +1.5 poke and then off to school! Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Shasta has been very consistant with her morning numbers lately.

I'd love to say she had a nice slow drop and not too low and blah, blah, blah! But I have no clue! I do think I need to rethink her auto feeder times! She nibbled at each section, but I think she's too much of a grazer to actually finish any one section except the ones that stay out for a few hours!

So, with that thought in mind, she wasn't extremely hungry at her PMPS. I'm such a cheater...I combined all the food she didn't eat during the day. She ate all the 3% Turkey & Giblets, but not so much the 5%. I predict a rather fast drop between +1 and +2! :roll:

I take it back...she's eating just fine (but only after I hold the bowl for her!) :roll: :lol:

Looks like I successfully slowed her drop! woot! But she's still allowed to come down from the yellows! :-D

I don't know if the magic is in holding the bowl or the sprinkles of PureBites Turkey treats on top!!!! Personally, I HATE holding the bowl for her (she's such a Prima Donna), but I cannot have her NOT eat after I've given her the insulin. ugh! :roll:

Good luck with Shadow!!!! Hope she starts eating soon!!

I'll have to be sure Hershey doesn't read about holding the bowl. We already have to spoon-feed Oreo sometimes, don't want Hershey getting any ideas. ;-)

Great, now I have to hide this post from Shasta...I draw the line at spoon feeding her Royal Hiney!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Uh oh! She's on the prowl for a snack and I don't have anything down for her! hmmm...I think I'll poke her one last time for a +4.5 and call it an early night. I'm exhausted!
