Greetings, LL!

For good measure, our meter error was followed up by human error, making for that second missing PMBG on Kare's SS :-Q We have a friend staying with us at the moment, so DH and I are taking turns with BG tests, and just plain got distracted chatting to her and forgot to ask me to do the test instead. Grrrr. But so it goes, I suppose. (No, that wasn't supposed to rhyme.) Here's Karre's 7th OTJ Day including the stoopid blank cell. Meh.

I'm going to be "filling in" a bit for Dyana, who is normally online around this time, but who's on an FDMB reunion trip :smile: It's 9am here now, and I can stay until about 12, so three hours, or maybe a bit longer - it depends a little on DH's day (because our friend who's visiting has an appointment at 1pm, and if DH can't drive her, I will - she's from Germany where they drive on the other side of the road, and she's not comfortable driving here herself). If and when I need to sign off, I'll leave a note here in Karre's condo.

I'm loving today's AMBG, and the overall trend. The trial is going well, I'd say.

Despite the missing numbers, it looks like Karre is continuing along quite well. Nice AMBG this morning. :mrgreen:

Thanks, Ladies! I will have to leave soon to drive our friend to her appointment. It looks like Donna/Doogle are the only condo with a low BG currently. I hope she updates soon. Around this time, some more back-up tends to arrive in LL so that's good. I'll see if I can still get an update from Donna. Otherwise, see you all later!

Hi guys .. happy day 8!! I wouldn't worry about those missing spots on karre's SS .. I think we all know what colors they would be :mrgreen: How nice of you to drive your friend around, since she is uncomfortable driving herself .. have a great day!

Karre has decided to thwo in a bit of a blue BG, just for variety: His (+9) was 6.7/120.8 so not too bad, but of course, we'd like him to have brought himself nicely back down by PMBG! Which we will NOT miss getting tonight!! :mrgreen:

Off I go to make a cup of tea - today has been sunny but cold, and I want to curl up a bit and get warm. Ideally with a purring cat in my lap - but then they want what they want when THEY want it. It's not laptime-on-demand down here - too bad 'cause HOW much would i LOVE that :-D

Karre, you ROCK STAR! Totally in the green so your parents can sigh a great big breath of relief. Can you teach some of that to old Charlie girl? ;-)
 
Thanks, Helen, Barb, Leslie, Roni and Jill :mrgreen: I have inquired with His Majesty whether he might be so kind as to teach the Karre-Cycle to some other LL'ers, and he has graciously aquiesced: He says that there is no need to travel down here for the lessons, either - he'll do them telepathically. :cool:

PMBG was 5.4/97 ;-)

Thank you, we accept Karre's generous offer to teach the Karre cycle! Jasper is prepared to receive instruction. He will do his best to stay in a relaxed state as long as neccesary for the telepathy to work, unless he gets hungry, or distracted, or forgets.
