Yesterday was I so wanna be blue day, but I just can't... SO he ended up yellow, and pink. :? :? The good news is: we are DONE, FINISHED, OVER WITH the Panacur for his Giardia, and those butt washing... Mannie is so happy that I didn't come at him with a wash cloth this morning. Or a tall skinny bottle with white nasty looking liquid in it.
Now that we are done with the eds, I am anxious to see what this will do to his cycles. it could just be Mannie being Mannie, but with the meds, we'd get this noticeable spike after the meds were given. I wonder if the whole thing was just stressing him out, and up wen the BG's. Well, guess we shall see. Right Mannie? Spend more time in the land of the blues and greens? Hope so! Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon
All is well in MannieLand.
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no more meds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One big long happy dance from the Nanner King. dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat dancing_cat Mannie had a good day yesterday - we had a heavy marine layer in the morning, which found him zonked on the nanners. He had them all along his belly, with his paws covering them. perhaps he was trying to keep his shaved belly warm.
By noon the sun was out, the day had warmed, and he was ready to tackle his domain.  So he did. The routine is so predictable: yard patrol, perimeter security and then the surveillance from the ground cover. The sun was shining there at that time - it was fun to see him with his face lifted up, soaking in the rays, eyes all squinty. Guess he must have forgotten his sunglasses.  This morning we had a great test, shoot and clean plate club (YAY), AND the auto feeder was ignored by Mannie, again  , and Elsa still thinks it has her name on it, yet again.... so I am back to running interception on the feeder.... Despite all that I will still say: Normalcy in MannieLand.
Have a great day everyone. I am off to Seattle later today to have
with Friends. WOO HOO! In the meantime I will play catch up with all the things I didn't do yesterday when I headed on out on rural trail walk. :?

Hey everybody!! it's dunes day! YUPP!! hey Tess - I hope it is a little foggy at the dunes.... I gots these really cool fog lamp thingies and I so wanna try them out. They say they will work anywhere - so well maybe.... in the dunes on our buggys with all that sand. I tried at home, but my bean said that the neighbors thought I was like an alien invasion or sumthin'. HUH?????   stupid neighbors.... so... we is good for the dunes? You guys in? ~~ Mannie
And completely OT: Here are some photos from my hike adventure yesterday - Centennial Trail, a nice low key rural/urban walk. I've also included the FaceBook links for anyone who wants to see all the photos: Centennial Trail
