6/16 Jinx PMPS 409, +5 154

Recap from last night:

1. Jinx had his lowest cycle yet. I managed every test with LC with the exception of when he dipped to 49 at which time I gave him 1tsp HC. Was a great (and long) night but an unusual night in that he kept wanting to dip back down until +9. Many thanks again to Marje for guiding me on what to do and when.

2. And finally, after two long months, we've finally found the recipe for firms stools - raw food! Or at least raw quail. What a relief!

I'm very surprised his AMPS isn't higher. For that reason, I went with the dose reduction to 3.25u this morning. History would suggest a bounce today but we'll see what he does. Hope you all have a great weekend!

I am so excited! This is phenomenal he had such a great cycle and is still blue at AMPS.

I'm drinking the coffee as fast as I can...I can only imagine how you feel. Great job! I see he snuck back down on you. He's going to get to join the LiL Stinka Club if he keeps that up.

I know, Marje. He's doing great! But, he's always been a little stinka.

So, is it correct to assume that with +3.5 at 195, he's probably bouncing today?

Btw I meant to comment last night on how wonderful it is that you are doing this for your girlfriends kitty but I can tell how much you live Jinx. Rare man...along the lines of my incredible husband when does she get back and is she staying in the military?

My girlfriend gets back in October. And we're actually both contractors. She was in the Army and I was in the Navy, though. Got out around ten years ago.

As far as the little one, her accommodations have been upgraded to a finished room in our basement. But, I'm going to bring her in to the clinic shortly because something is wrong with her. She often walks around crouched to the ground and I noticed something mucus like around her anal region which she often licks. So, I'm hoping it's nothing serious. I'll keep you posted.

That's hilarious!

Well, I was expecting the pre-shot to be much higher considering the +9 so I can deal with a 409 tonight. We'll see where he's at at +3.

And an update on the stray I'm taking care of... Took her to the clinic and everything checked out fine. She's just in heat... So I'm going to take her to get spayed this week and will be her foster Dad until I can find her a good home.

She really cracked me and the vet tech up tonight. I let her out of the pet carrier and she walked around for a bit and then jumped onto the counter, went in the sink and did a #1. The vet tech said that's the first time she ever saw a cat do that.

Great news about the little girl. Named her yet? Sounds like she has personality.

I don't know why but she seems like a "Winona" to me. So I'm calling her "Winnie."
