5/30 Leo AMPS 369, +5 220, +7 157

Howdy LL! Long time no talk!

I am still at TBP, sampling some groundwater in the sunshine and was lurking around LL and thought 'why don't I just post a Leo condo?'

So here goes, Leo is doing well with his DGP's busy mousing as usual. Everytime I phone home DGpa has to tell me about each and every mouse Leo has caught. According to DGpa every mouse is bigger than the last :lol: he's so proud of his grandcat. DGpa says his hunger has been thru the roof lately, last week at the vet Dr Mayer told me 'let the poor cat eat, his tumor is telling him he's starving' so that's what I told DGpa. His tumor must be kicking into high gear lately and my dad is so scared to increase him for fear he might drop too low. I have to remind him that Leo is carb sensitive and will come up fast when he's fed HC. So looks like another pre shot phone call may be in order for tonight with another reminder to increase and soothe some DGpa nerves.

I booked our CSU SRT appointment last week. July 16 here we come!!!!! YAHOO! Heart workup appointment has been made as well (a few weeks beforehand) and bean holidays booked for 3 weeks in July. Everything is slowly coming together, my sister and niece are coming with us for support and of course to see Colorado. I have got really good feelings about this and I can't wait for Leo to start feeling better.

So that's the latest news, I miss my kitty terribly this week and can't wait to get home to see him. Hope everyone is well in LL!

Sounds like things are moving along. yay! You are a great bean and Leo is one lucky big guy. I bet he is so glad he gets to eat. Hope your week goes quick and you are home with your boy soon!

So great to hear from you and Leo! Will Leo have his own suitcase or will you pack his things in yours? ;-)

:lol: :lol: @ Anne & Zener. Leo has his own suitcase, that i use to pack his insulin, syringes, meter, etc when we go back and forth from my place to DGP's and at least 1-2 bags of cans of cat food, he has more luggage than i do!!

Nice +5! I'm so glad that you are all set for the trip to CO. We are all rooting for Leo to get through it like the champ he is. Just warn DGP that if Leo feels he is starving he just might mistake DGPs toes or mice at night! :lol: :lol:

Tracy, we are so happy for you that everything is coming together for Colorado and Leo. So nice your sister and niece are coming along, too. Leo's DGPa is so cute with the way he cares for Leo. Nice +6 and almost a blue.
