J.D. ate his 1st Breffis, and is now sleeping so cutely and soundly in his little cat bed (I wonder why they like that bed so much more these days?), with his arms folded across his chest.

I do hope he comes down from his bounce, soon.

Today, we are stopping the cyproheptadine, to start to ease him slowly off his meds.

J.D. is coming down, at least.

I found someone on Craigslist selling OneTouch strips, 300 strips for $100.00. I'm on my way to meet her. It's about a half hour drive, so if I don't come back... Barb, I should be passing your house somewhere along the way. I'm going to Denow Rd in Lawrence Township. Wish me luck. I really have never done this before.

Please be careful, Dyana....I've never done that either but I sure understand the lure of 300 strips for $100! WOW!

I'm going to be swimming in strips soon.
The lady is a 19 year old college diabetic, who gets more strips than she can use, and it was a good deal for all :thumbup , and hopefully will be repeated time and again. I took a lancet out of my pocket to open the box and she said I have boxes of those, too. I said "One Touch?" because I am very particuliar about the lancets I use, only OneTouch UltraSoft. And she said the very same ones. :thumbup

I gave J.D. his weekly .25ml of Cyanocolabamine this morning by injection, and his .17ml (supposed to be .12ml :roll: ) of Equine Adequan by injection at PMPS. He just ate his 1st Dinner, and I think I'll take the kitties outside for a quick walk before it gets dark outside.
