What to say about yesterday.... A nice recovery cycle(s) I think. He had some nice low blues in the AM cycle. It seems that our bounce patten is changing once again. Mannie keeps fluctuating between the three+ day bounce and the one day version. Currently we are in the one day mode. I like this version better! Go Mannie! So dude.... how about just sticking with those blues, and looking for those greens.... what'd'ya say? Lubs ya big guy, no matter what color you are. cat_pet_icon Ok, now about that amps this morning.... :?

All is well in MannieLand. Mannie hass been in sleep mode all day yesterday. I think he was so tuckered out from all the DGS play over the past three days that sleep ruled the roost. :lol: :lol: so.... we slept on the deck :razz: , in the ground cover , on the stairs in sun ray after sun ray , on the living room floor , on the sofa where once in a while he caught a few rays :razz: , under the bushes outdoors :razz: , and of course: on the nanners :lol: :razz: ! I can see his thought processes: "that kid has got to stop feeding me them blueberries - they are not good my my digestive processes. He was far too stingy with the chicken..." Poor Mannie. I should have joined him - I could have used a few hours basking in the sun. :lol: He had the right idea. This morning we had a great test, shoot and clean plate club - AND the auto feeder still continues to be used by Mannie, though Elsa still thinks it has her name on it. Some things just never change. Normalcy in MannieLand.

Have a great day everyone! Today DD, DSIL, and DGS ad I are gong up to the Skagit Valley to see the tulip fields. They are massive here, and put on the most incredible visual display. it is absolutely gorgeous. So we will go and spend a few hours. It will be fun, and so worth the trip.

Hey everybody!! It's here - Vyktor's OTJ party!! WOO HOO!!!! We get to go to Australia!!!! Vyktor said he is sending flying kangaroos with huge pouches - enough to carry us all to Australia. SWEET! I never traveled by kangaroo before. Kinda cool! Kitchen krew - and any kitty that wants to be on the kitchen krew (uhhhh... we needs you!): grab your chef stuff: ladles and hats and aprons and spatulas and everything! Oh my Mannie, did you eats too many blueberries yesterday and not enuf chickin? Let's see you come back down to the blues floor and join Maggie. She's green but won't be for long! They do like the sun, especially after a couple days of cloudy weather. Too funny with all the sleeping places. I find Mags in so many different sunny spots! That sounds like another wonderful day today with DD, DSIL and Nicholas at the tulips field. Don't forget to take some pics of DGS in the tulips gardens! Have a wonderful time today, Michelle.

Hi Ann - I thinks o! Sheshhhhh, and way up there this morning. :roll: :roll: I told him he needs to rethink this pink stuff.... Yes, Mannie likes the sunny spots too - he is a master at finding them. It is a for sure on photos of DGS and the tulips. He really likes flowers, so this should be fun with him there.

Yo Mannie, Moonie and I are on our way, flying in the kangaroo's pouch. It is awesome! We're practicing our songs. Moonie almost forgot her conducting baton, but we found it. I've got all my grillin' stuff. The kangaroo doesn't mind a little extra luggage. See ya soon. That menu looks fantastic! Can't wait to party with Vyktor!!

Can't wait to see the tulip pics. I gave up on them this year. Every year they come up and before I wake up to see them, the deer eat the heads off. So this year, I'm so fed up, I told the landscaper to just weedwack everything, sounds awful, but I can't weed around them any more with all my health issues… So I'll enjoy your pics instead.

Daphne will be waiting for her Kangaroo taxi service tonight. She said she will try and look happy :lol:

Hi Barb - He heard you, and blue it is. I don't have them at home either - the tulips - for us it's the squirrels - they eat them all. One year I had panted a couple of hundred, and those little buggers are every single one of them. Bummer on yours, but understand where you are coming from. I will post some photos tomorrow in Mannie's condo.

I hear you and Barb both on the eaten flowers. I gave up years ago, planting bulbs. They'd get eaten while still in the ground.
I assumed the squirrels were digging them up.
When they started up, the deer would feast.
Woodchucks love new rose buds . I couldn't figure out how my new buds and tender leaves would disappear over night. Then I finally saw a woodchuck popping out of the tall weeds near the rose bush, to nibble on it.
