Still not quite green (that we've caught, at least), but I'm definitely seeing numbers that I prefer overall!

Little excitement here...the power went out at 3:00am. And, of course stayed out for the first part of T/F/S. We had to test and feed by candle/flashlight - which, with 6 cats, and assortment of diets, and several pre-meal meds, was just a tad stressful! As luck would have it, the power came back on a few minutes before actual shot time. Phew! I was afraid I was going to have to spend my day off without power...that would've made for a GrumpyBean!

Nice +2.5 there Trixie! Slide on down sweet girl. Bummer on the electricity. Thankfully it came back on, but that would have made a stressful time at our house. Hope you have a great day Amy!

Amy, you are an amazing Bean caring for six cats. Very lucky kitties and I'm sure all are grateful! :-D It's looking good there for Trixie with the last poke and can only get better. It's almost a green! Have a nice day.

Thanks Ann...there are definitely challenges with taking care of 6 cats (especially with all the dietary issues we've got), but they're worth it.

Off to run errands...woohoo!

Hi guys ... ohhh there's that green we love to see on trixie! Losing power was my biggest fear when we had lantus in the fridge .. all I could think about was how long it had been in there cooling down .. Glad your power came back on so you don't have to be grumpy today .. unless you want to :-D have a great day!

What a start to the morning! I can only imagine how difficult that must have been getting 6 cats with dietary issues all fed in the dark. I don't know how you even do it on a regular day. You are definitely one fantastic, superbean!

I have a picture in my mind of standing in a dark kitchen with 6 cats milling around and meowing for food. :shock: GrumpyBean indeed!

Trixie-doodlebug is doing great. I hope your errands involved buying something beautiful for yourself. :-D
 
I read "power out for the first part of T/F/S" and thought you meant Thursday/Friday/Saturday ! :shock: :shock:

I will never forget the night I had a blackout for 3 hours with Vyktor in low numbers and needing testing every half hour - I can not imagine trying to do that with five other cats sticking their noses in!!

P.S. I have been feeling sad for you today - I can't imagine not being able to eat cashews...
