Good Morning LL,,

Thanks to everyone who answered my question yesterday about a schedule for Leo and I while I work a 'normal' schedule and job.

Leo still hasn't wow-ed me with this dose so he got an increase to 2.5u this morning. He really seemed to do well on this dose last week and was on it for over 2 weeks. Fingers and paws crossed he does well again.

Auto feeder wasn't used last night, I'm going to rig up something for Leo to make it more noticeable today, I think I'll cut the bell off his old collar and attach it to the lid of the feeder so it rings when it opens.

We had a good test, shoot and feed and he was a furry purry happy kitty. CPC membership still intact!

Work for me today! I feel like a kid starting school or someone starting a new job. I actually have to dress up to go to work :roll: that will be something I'm not used to, I'm used to wearing coveralls and a hard hat. I only have a few hours to work, go in at 11:00 and I'm done around 3:00 because I have physio and will see an exercise therapist afterwards as well.

Great idea on belling the auto feeder! That will get his attention.

I hope all goes well with your "new" job, and physio. Is the physio getting any easier?

Yeah, I bet that bell on the feeder will catch Leo's attention!

Dressing up for work - boo! I was never cut out for an office for that reason...I like my holey jeans and funky boots, which are the perfect uniform for owning a bead store.

Yikes I was not expecting that 81. Work is already on my case because I'm not there already. But I'm just not prepared to leave Leo yet. Maybe I'll leave him MC elegant medleys in his feeder and try to come home or a quick test at lunch. Wish my kitty safe surfing and good luck. Condo visiting will have to wait until later today.

Morning! oh wow - back to work for you, and you have to dress? oh oh... that would be a downfall for me. Good luck with it all, I hope it goes OK.

Surf safely Leo! stay on that green board. Eat those good fuds that your bean left for you. They are Mannie's favorite. He says to eat up, you'll love them.

Having to leave Leo while you go to work is going to be hard, but I know you can do it!! (I'm one to talk....I work from home!!) It's got to be hard to leave when you don't know how they're going to do while you're gone. Leo's no dummy, though, so he'll be just fine. I bet he'll eat when he needs to eat. I've been working from home so long (20 years) that I can't even image having to put my feet into anything other then tennis shoes or sandals!!! Good luck with everything. I hope your physio goes well!!

You would have enjoyed a laugh at me donning the heels and dress suits for my interviews
as opposed to my flip flops, tank tops, and boxer shorts :lol:

First day was meh :roll: I worried about Leo the entire time I was at work, he dropped to 58 on me like seconds before I was going to leave. So he got some HC FF and I stuck around for another 15 minutes to make sure he was on his way up. I came back for lunch and had set the feeder with the bell attached to it and he slept thru the whole thing! When i left he was sunning himself in the spare room and that's where he was when I came back.

Work was all rush, rush, rush to get there and it was hurry up and wait. A day well wasted, of course nobody knew I was coming so they didn't have an office for me, my computer login wouldn't work, etc etc. Then when was getting into the groove I had to leave for physio.

Leo and I had a very nice nap together on the couch when I finally got home and we almost slept thru shot time! I was getting all of Leo's stuff ready and he was still snoozin on the couch, I had to wake him up! What a lazy kitty.

Hi Tracy, ouch on the dress code for work. Typical, isn't it, that they aren't prepared for you. How are you feeling? Leo, let's see a nice surf, no dramatics. Happy weekend!

Glad you made it through! "Workin 9 to 5 ain't no way to make a livin". :lol: Hope you had a great physio appt and a great evening!!

Sounds like you had a crazy day. You guys will get used to this shift, though! Nice try with attacing Leo's bell to the feeder...it really sounds like a brilliant idea, but obviously sleep often trumps all, especially when you're a kitty!
