12/29 Vyktor AMPS 229 / 12.7

Looks like we're heading in the right direction now. Last nights PMS + 8 was 162 / 9.0.

Still rising this morning +2: 263/14.6, +4: 290/16.1 but his AMS should just about be kicking in to head that off. I'm a little bit excited. ;-)

Thanks for the advice I was getting impatient myself, however the 3U was Caninsulin not Lantus, and I have some excellent news, last night we went under 200 for the first time since the non-eating day - whoo hoo!!

happy to see vyktor's numbers coming down!
i was aware of the 3u being caninsulin. when a kitty switches from another insulin to lantus we have to take dosing on the previous insulin into consideration. my concern was/is the starting dose of 1u lantus was set a bit too low. however, as long as you're seeing some movement you may want to continue with the current dose.
