What to say about yesterday... the pattern repeats, for yet another cycle, number 6. Yellows and pinks as far as the eye can see. I do so hope that this will break today - paws crossed! Lubs ya big guy, but it is time to get back to business. 'K? cat_pet_icon It was so nice to see him find the blues later on in the evening cycle - keep them coming Mannie! :cool: :razz: :razz:

All is well in MannieLand: :-D :-D The kitty choir performed flawlessly :cool: :cool: - who need an alarm clock when you have a furkid to do the job? They are on their best behavior today - it is Halloween, and Mannie so wants to hit the road. So.... no whacking! :o They were all lined up in a row, patiently waiting the filling of their fuds bowls. :lol: :lol: I can't believe it- no whacking. :roll: e had a great test feed shoot: Lots of purrs from the Nanner King! Breffis was consumed with gusto, clean plate club status maintained, the auto feeder continues to be used. :cool: :cool: A thousands thanks yous to Mannie for that - YAY!!! All three of them are now in nap mode. Mannie is trying so hard to catch a few ZZZZZZzzzzzzz's before heading on out to the party.

Have a great day everyone! I know for sure that the kitties will. They have all been working very hard to make this years Halloween party a big success.

YAY! It is Halloween! I am so ready, and SO STOKED. Party time! The tour bus has been decked out, and is ready to roll. Are you ready kitties? We are a traveling party today, a progressive party, where we can experience the vast diversity of the places where all out kitties live. Our journey begins in the dunes and the desert of the SW, to the eerie mists and foggy marshes of the forests of the PNW, to the slithery shiny sandy beaches of the SE, to our final destination: the veil at Camp Stu. I so look forward to Camp Stu - the veil will be the thinnest tonight, and with Camp Stu being the magical place that is it, well it has been said that the veil will be thin enough that we can see our departed friends - all of them. We can see them, touch them, be one with them once again. We will hold a special moment just to remember them all - bring your candles, we will light them all, a circle of remembrance for all that have gone before us. Moonie has a special song prepared for them. Grab your costumes, and lets go! See you all there ~~ Mannie -- and last but not least, our party menu:

Moonie is stoked already & is catching up on her sleep & resting her voice--She has several numbers she & Rusty want to sing to the Ga's & has invited all LL kitties to sing with them tonite for our peek beyond the veil....Moonie tried on her mermaid costume, but couldnt fit into the tail(too many temptations :lol: :lol: )

Morning Michelle and what a nice blue to start with this Halloween morning for Mannie. I hope this will be a good day for his numbers. He's staying lower today so he can enjoy all the gourmet fuds tonight.

Wow Mannie! You have really outdone yourself with all the festivities and planning everything to a tee. The menu is to die for, too! I can't wait for the party and especially for the veil to be lifted. Maggie so wants to see her GA brother, Mikey, and all our other friends, Copper, Teddi Bear, Stu, Maverick, and on and on and everyone. So many have crossed the Bridge, but tonight is to celebrate and remember everyone. I am going to dress up as a Kitty Angel. See you soon at the regular spot, Maggie

Mannie, I'm ready and so is Camp Stu (all set up and ready for the candle ceremony, the veil, the songs, the dancing, the fishing, etc. etc.) The Laird of Camp Stu (that's me!) will wear his rust-colored tam o'shanter, his kilts, and bring his bagpipes for the dancing.

Oh...a party! Mannie, you wild thing! Zener LOVES lizards and is very much looking forward to seared lizards SW style and to Gracie's pie. YUM! Right now he is working on perfecting his skunk costume. Watch out for those party carbs Mannie and keep your numbers in lovely colors today. Remember, there is no orange in the spreadsheet! ;-)

Mannie....Tobes and me been out catching lizards and quails like CRAZY for the first stop of the party!!! We're so excited and we're bringing Gus, too, so he can see GA Teddi Bear!! We will get to see them all and Moonie's songs will be perfect!!! You gots to come by our condo and see our costumes!!! Mamabean worked like crazy on them!! YIPPEEE!!! It's Halloween and the best party of the year. Thanks for all your hard work Mannie!!!

Hi Ella - yep, that we will do! all prepped and ready to go. :-D Nicholas stopped by last night, all dressed up in his costume: a medieval knight. It was cute... and I think that will be the extent of his halloween visiting. His mom and dad really enjoy Halloween so I am sure that their evening will be filled with fun stuff.

Oh, boy....Am I ever going to be in trouble!!! With all the hoopla going on in my house hold, I completely forgot about the party at camp Stu tonight! I need to get Spot a costume and have him get his sack of spices together for his part on the kitchen crew!

It sounds like a wonderful menu and an even better gathering of friends.

Gabby asked that we remember all of those kitties who have gone ahead and who will be crossing the veil to join the festivities tonight. Hope it's not too late, but Maui wants in on this party! She told me that she doesn't need or want a costume, she is a beautiful black kitty and that she can come as she is!

That is a very sobering list Sienne. We can't leave Teddi, copper, Tom and Stu out either. Unfortunately there are probably more we have missed too. We will be remembering them all tonight!

Hi Jaclyn - it is never too late - this party will go one for a longggggggggggg time. :-D Mannie says he will take good care of her. He remembers his first party... and wants to return the favor to all the new kitties.

Zener is dressed and ready for the party. He is a little disappointed that the skunk costume is so popular in his backyard! Tillie, our civvie, would like to come to the party too. She wants to dress as punkin' and has a little bit of tail envy (she is a manx). It's their first party with the LL family, so they are a little nervous! ;-) Mannie, will you help out the newbies at your party? And change that yellow costume for a nice blue one. :-D

Hi Michelle. Tell Mannie that Malachi and Rocky are on their way to the party. They just couldn't not take the opportunity to visit with Tori and Tiga for a few minutes tonight. I bet it's going to be quite the party.

Wow the list of our GAs is quite something. So many. Way too many. They are all so missed. Giving out the candy tonight is so weird. Tori had a little black cape that she used to wear every year. She loved it. We called her Countess Catula. She used to greet all the kids at the door. The kids loved it.

I have a feeling that Simon and I missed all the festivities. We didn't get a chance to get our costumes on tonight and Simon is not sure you want him to come to the party nekkid!

On a more serious note, thank you for posting all the GA kitties here on LL. We miss you so much!

Hi Georgia - Oh they have to come - Tess has flagged down a trailer full of costumes - enough for all kitties and the GA's. so Simon - you and Cleo need to come. The bus is on it's way - see you guys soon! and yes on the GA list. I cannot thank Sienne enough for that. I too miss them all.

That hey will - out for the count once they get home.... last year the bus had to pull over, so they could all sleep... a pile of snugly kitties amongst a pile of discarded costumes... a perfect ending to a perfect night. --- and yes on Mannie - up we go... sheshhhh! where is my blue kitty? lost in a sea of yellow... :roll:
