Yellow as far as the eye could see yesterday.... very flat yellow. Until pmps rolled around. Mannie had a nice drop by +2, and continued down to the land of the greens,. WOOT! It was truly nice to see those greens again - he had been a little high, with upper level blues and yellows. It seems so odd to be saying that - I remember all too vividly the days when I longed for the yellows, as he lived on the upper floors.... You sure have come along way Mannie. Your been is very proud of you! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. The kitty choir was there - phew! Whacking was in order and on time - phew! :shock: :razz: The bean was grateful the coffee was ready and waiting... yep... all started out well this morning. We had a great test feed shoot, lots of purrs and head rubs from Mannie, and pom pom, aka tail, wagging. One happy dude! :razz: Breffis was consumed with the usual warp speed, napping is in now progress. Yesterday when Nicholas got here I had spread out the blanket he usually plays on. After his breffis we came out to the LR and there was Mannie stretchered out on DGS blanket. DGS went to play with his toys, gave Mannie the biggest grin. Mannie looked back, and went back to sleep. So there they were: side by side, doing their thing, neither one bothered by the other, now that was darn cool! best buds for sure... Soon to be under the category of "normalcy in MannieLand".

Being Thursday I am still on DGS duty (YAY!!) through Friday. I hope to be able to take him to one of the rivers for some water time - he does love those rivers! I sure do hope the weather cooperates. As long as it doesn't rain.... I know I won't be able to visit condos until late in the evening, but know that I am thinking of you all. THINK GREEN KITTIES!

Kitties!! WHAT A DAY YESTERDAY!!! Beach surfin' and a cookout! DisneyLand! and then camping out under the stars!!! oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo it was so cool! after all that we need a chilaxin' day! maybe the pool? and some serious float time on some floaties? What'd'ay guys think? I think cabana bean is home at Gracie's... AND!: we gots to have a birthday party for Tarragon - he is 11 today. SWEET! I thinks we need to bake him one of our cinnamon birthday cakes... YUM! ~~ Mannie

Good morning! Pretty blue for Mannie today! What a good boy. Hope he has put those yellows in his rear view and swims in the blue lagoon today.

So nice that Mannie and DGS are getting along so well. What a great accomplishment on Mannie's part. Have a wonderful day at the river. It sounded like DGS was really looking forward to it. And he got to see his first lighthouse. How cool! I was showing DH your pictures and we both think that it is absolutely priceless that you get to spend so much time with DGS. You are a luck grammie and he is one lucky little boy!

I won't tell Tarragon about the party. We will let it be a surprise. That will totally make his day. Have a wonderful day!

Gorgeous pics, I love lighthouses, I find them oddly romantic.

Lovely blues amps and those greens were sure pretty Mannie. How about a repeat?

loved the pics of Mannie's "pom pom" tail! too cute! he looks very proud of it, and it does look like he's wondering (in the pics) what's wrong with you that you're taking pics of his backside!

ps - we're driving to colorado. i can't imagine flying with punkin. maybe he'd be fine, but .. . the DH is going too. we think anya too, but i need to take her out in the car and see how she does. if she's a nonstop howler she might get uninvited! :lol:

Hi all - thanks for the visit while DGs and I went and played. It seems that Mannie chose to surf the blues while Nicholas and I played. Well done King Kamanniemannie!

DGS and I went to the Snoqualmie River, and had a grand time. He does love the water!

Hi Melissa - Looks like he has left the yellows behind - YAY!! Blue lagoon today for sure! --and yep: those two get along just fine. Soon it will be baby on top of cat, or vice versa. -- and oh yes on the time I have with DGS - I am more than grateful, also know how lucky i really am. He's a darling little boy, and alot of fun to be with. Mannie says mums the word on the party - they want to surprise tarragon.

HI Ella - Thanks - I think so too! Hoping for greens later - It looks like he stayed blue while we were gone. -- and yep, DGS and I got ok weather - cloudy, but no rain. That was OK with both of us. We did go to the river. He had such a good time.

I swear Nicholas gets more and more adorable every time I see a photo of him......he's getting so BIG!!!

Well the kitties have been here all day but the sky opened up and it POURED and they all crammed themselves into the catio and then the wind blew the rain in on them!!! Gracie made it into the condo first and Mannie tried to shove himself in with her :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Mannie...there's not enough room in my little house for you and me BOTH!!! My tail got wet!!! I'm so glad my beans had all those towels and some hot drinks for us....now we're dry and warm again! Hope they make something yummy for dinner!

Hi Michelle, nice day for Mannie and beautiful pictures of yesterday's adventure, and Nicholas is so adorable! How neat with the blanket and Mannie thinking you placed it special for him, and he will even share it. That calls for a picture next time it happens!

Hi Ann, and miss Maggie - Hey thanks! morning was great, tonight we are up to the yellow. Not too sure what triggered that... and thanks on the Mannie and DGS photos - they are becoming a pair. Mannie didn't even flinch... thought he did get a little nervous when DGS was within inches... the ears went back, the eyes got big, but he didn't move... YAY!

Hi Ella - uh well on the yellow.... up than back down, not too sure what caused this, but at least he's not way up there! -- and yes - a great day. I do so love the river! it was beautiful - I could have spent the day there.
