Good Morning LL. DH here. Sending good thoughts and wishes to all who need them.

Sorry I am so late posting. As usual, it has been kind of hectic around here this morning. We have gotten used to Marje being around almost every morning, so the one day she has to go to work knocks us out of our routine a little.

Gracie is her usual happy purry self this morning. All her normal P's are in place. She and Tobey tore the place up for a few hours and are now busy with naps. We are very happy with her numbers the last few cycles, but we really haven't been able to figure out her onset and nadir yet. It is almost starting to look like she is hitting the nadir at about +15, as she is at her lowest point at around +3 from the current shot, then starts up. Leave it to Gracie to be presenting a nice looking Lantus curve when she is getting Lev :lol: . If she is nadiring that late it would seem she is getting too much juice, but her numbers aren't getting low, and she isn't diving. So we are just kind of scratching our heads right now. Well, actually we have been scratching our heads for about a year with this little girl. I think Marje is firing off some PM's to the smart Lev folks to see what they think. Like I said, we are very happy with her numbers and flatness, it is just a little uncomfortable not knowing what she is going to do during her cycles, and is probably leading to some extra testing, which we hate to do.

Wow, little Gracie sure had nice numbers after the PMPS yesterday. I can see what you mean though as to when is the onset and Nadir! You both will figure it out in time; I agree with Celi! Sweetie Gracie has the bestest caregivers. Have a nice day.

Gracie's last couple of cycles look beautiful. I hope she remains steady and that things keep looking this good. Insulin is a hormone as you know and so many things can effect it. I am not an expert on FD but I am a seasoned user of many types of insulin over most of my life. You will figure out the patterns on this and then you might get surprises. I was telling Marjorie this yesterday that if on insulin it is always important to test to know where you are. You guys do such a beautiful job with Gracie. I hope she has wonderful results with this new insulin.

I have to commend everyone here for the manner in which you care for your kitties. Healing vines to all!

if you can come up with the perfect lev feeding schedule, let us know, ok? :-D
i've been tinkering with alex's feeding schedule on and off for the past year. still not sure i have it right, but if i can keep her in green overall, i'm happy. i encourage you to experiment. ECID.

RE: onset/late nadir
it's certainly possible gracie is experiencing a nadir at +15. i was thinking the same last night. time will tell. gracie is so new to lev. continue to collect data. patterns will become prominent and we'll have a better chance at interpreting her cycle.

DH here - Looks like her cycle is setting up about the same as it has the last couple of nights. We are so happy she seems to be liking this dose. I would say we would like some more green, but for now the flatness and long runs in healing numbers are all we could wish for. :-D

Good evening all. Work day for me.....blue/green day for Gracie where she has stayed relatively flat TODAY. Same pattern tonight so far as last night.

Looks like Gracie is liking the Lev!!!--Yes she does have the best caregivers I know!!
We know that Gracie will be tested & monitored perfectly & all will be clear...

Hi guys - much better numbers for Gracie - I wish I could help.... no clue on Lev. I would guess that you'll just have to collect data for a while - I really think that a pattern will emerge... you are such good testers and data collectors that I have no doubt that you will figure it out... she sure had a great cycle last night! awesome - GREEN!!!

Hmmmm.....could it be that Gracie might decide to do a regular lev cycle tonight? shhhh....I don't want her to hear.
