Yesterday was a nice day for Mannie. He started out yellow - apparently from a yellow surf during the night. He sure didn't stay there long - blue ended up being the color of the day. :razz: NICE!! I loved his PMPS yesterday - a glorious 71! :razz: I fed this with 5% - hoping to offset any drastic drops - :roll: but I need not have worried: back to the blues for Mannie. He came close to revisiting the greens, but.... it seems like maybe he is back to sticking with his Fav color: BLUE. Well done yesterday Mannie - a very nice recovery,with great numbers for almost all of the day. I Lubs ya big guy - cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand... The tiny human continues to share his fuds.... and yesterday it was chicken. The Nanner King was so relieved - he checked the bowl twice to make sure there weren't any vegetables in that bowl, especially squash. :lol: :lol: Can't day that I blame him on that one. :shock: The kitty choir was back at it this morning: full force. :shock: :roll: Bellows, claws, wet noses, nudges.... all three of them. I guess they felt that they were really starving , and why was I taking so long... I mean after all they had been up for hours... waiting.... waiting... how dare I try and sleep. :roll: shesshhhhh! but hey - no whacking! I guess they were too hungry to be bothered with anything else, just the fuds! Mannie had a good test feed shoot - purrs and chin scritches. He is so good about all those tests. He really does make it so easy.... Napping is currently in progress, as he knows he had better rest now while he can... one more day of DGS, one more day of nanner sharing, one more day for BF fuds.... Normalcy in MannieLand, life is good.

We finish up our DGS sitting duties today. YAY: Friday, And then I have four days off. As every week I know I more than likely will not get to condos until late in the evening. I am sorry that I missed so many of you yesterday - DGS kept me ever so busy, amazing how much a moving 8 month old can get into... :roll: :shock: :lol: :lol: Even if I can't visit do know that I am thinking of you, and your furkids. THINK GREEN KITTIES!!!

Kitties!!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: on the kite flying and parasailing at Zoe's - those hurricane winds were really something!! I don't know how we can top that today! Zoe - it was so much fun.... we gots to do that again! My arms are so tried.... those kites were really flying... I think we need a chillaxin' day today, a recovery day - I still have string burns on my paws!! See you guys later? pool or beach or??? ooooo - maybe Rusty's porches! ~~ Mannie

And totally OT: a few photos of the lake DGS and I went to in Seattle. Green lake is located in the northern part of the city, and really does have a very nice walking route around the lake. It is also a well known jogging/running trail. Quite nice actually!

Great report for yesterday on Mannie! He does love his blues. Maybe it is all of the extra fuds he is getting from his new bff. :lol: The pictures from yesterday were beautiful. Hope you have another great day today!!

Hi Melissa - on the BF - could be! He was all over that bowl again today - his little nose starts going, zeroing on on the bowl of chicken... :lol: :lol: and he waited to be able to lick the little bit that DGS left. THX on the photos - DGS and I are off to the beach after his nap. Fun stuff under warm and sunny skies.

Hi Ella - I so hope so on the greens - he dipped there a little yesterday, hoping he will decide on a return visit. on the DGS menu - he did check. Once he could smell the chicken he was ready willing and waiting... :lol: :lol: Dgs left him juts a lick or two. We have great weather today so we are headed off to the shore here later this morning.

Such nice cycles yesterday for Mannie.....consistent is his middle name these days, isn't it? Love the pictures....DGS just keeps getting cuter and cuter! LOL on the fuds......I tried the chicken baby fuds with the picky little princess and she wouldn't touch it for anything. :roll:

Mannie...I know....my arms is tired....that wind sure made for good kite flying! Good thing we were able to hold onto Jetta...she's so tiny, she almost flew a way! :smile: Next time theres a hurricane, we will do it again. Hanging and relaxing sounds like a good plan for the day....catch up with you at the beach or pool or wherever! ~Zoe

Hi Michelle, a little late in getting to everyone's condo. The chicken bf is Maggie's favorite. She gets a little on the tip of a tsp as a treat sometimes for all the pokes she has to endure. Nice cycle today for Mannie. The pictures are gorgeous and the highlight is always seeing how much little Nicholas is enjoying his time with you, quite the little camper.

So nice to see Mannie with back to back good cycles. And I swear...you're going to be personally responsible for me packing up and moving out to the Northwest. I can't even image having places like that to visit anytime I wanted!!! I envy your life!!!

Hi Sherry - thx, they were good I thought. It is nice to see and say "consistent" - that has taken a few years to achieve. no complaints - I am just glad to see it. I know on the fuds... it is way too funny. Never misses one on DGS meals, in the hopes that there will be leaf-overs. :lol: :lol: Too funny on Zoe....

Hi Ann - no problems, really, I have yet to visit anyone... :roll: Mannie really likes the chicken BF too. He gets to lick the bowl when DGS is done... there's hardly anything there, but he doesn't care. :lol: :lol: and yep - Nicholas rally enjoys this stuff. Such excitement when he realizes we are headed somewhere. We have a really good time.

Hi patty - these cycles are great - I'm lovin' it! Yeah, there are times I am grateful to be living where i do... most of these places are close enough, alot of them are relatively easy to get too. some are hard, the rewards are so worth the effort. It is even better when we find them within the city.

Hi Christie - I know: that kid is a happy one. The fist thing cracks me up: always with something in the mouth. yep - so typical for an 8 month old... and that smile!

I'm so sorry I missed your condo yesterday. But Mannie has been having really nice cycles at his new dose!!! YIPPPEEEE!!

Nicholas's picture is ADORABLE!!! Beautiful baby in beautiful scenery. I bet you are tired, tho, after three days....but a good tired because he looks like such a sweet baby!!

Hi Marje - it's OK, really. and yes, there have been some really good cycles on this dose. It is at least consistent. and yes on dgs and the tired ting - after three days I am. It's alot of fun, don't mind the at home care at all. The hikes and stuff are just the best, but I do back(well front still)pack him and after an afternoon or morning of that I am tired by the time Friday rolls around :lol: :lol: it is as you said a good tired - he is really a sweetie - with a smile that will win anyone over. I liked that photo too - I had so many... there are alot more out on FB if you have the time and want to see.
