Yesterday's Condo

Good evening, all! Wilie and I are laying on the bed, waiting for bidness time. He's just finished his bath and is just busy being his cuddly purry self. I just got back from the new place. I can't seem to find my cellphone, so it looks like I may be taking another trip over there tonight! :shock: I managed to get most of the furniture assembled today. How is it that I'm just NOW learning about the virtues of a cordless screwdriver?!?!? Seriously, it made things soooooo much easier!! Put together the platform bed, a tv stand, a dining table, a space saver for the bathroom and a nightstand. Managed to get the shower curtain up, though the tension rod and I had words. I'm still not sure who won!! Things are starting to come together. Once the rest of the furniture is in, I'll definitely post pics/video next week!

Okay, time for PM pokes... Willie is anxious for his dinner!

Hello Miss do-it-yourselfer! YES on the cordless drill - it is a MUST HAVE! I am impressed with all the furniture assembly - you rock! It is so cool to know that it is all coming together and in a few days - sleeping in your new house. AWESOME! uhhhhhh... bummer on the cell phone.... better check with Willie. Mannie was busy texting several kitties today...

Many years ago, a friend told me that you know you're an independent woman when you buy a cordless screwdriver and hire a housekeeper (after all, who really wants to wash a bathroom floor?). I thought those were words to live by!
