Another blue and yellow day yesterday for the Manster. The last time went went through this pattern it was 6 days before he returned to the land of the blues and the greens for several great cycles. so..... although I think he could use a jump start with an added drop, I think I will wait this out, see if the pattern repeats. The 171 amps this morning is nice, maybe today we can find some greens, head down, and not up. Sound like a plan Mannie? Love ya Mannie - you can do it! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. This morning I found him zonked in the nanners. No big surprise, huh. :lol: As I was getting all ready for test feed shoot, I could hear a faint rustling in the living room - seems the Nanner King was checking out the baby's toy basket, making sure all was well there. :lol: :lol: Despite his sometimes uneasiness around the baby I think that, in time, they will be best buds. After, don't best buds take care of the others things while they are gone? :razz: It's been a good morning for Mannie so far. Breffis was a hit, clean plate club status upheld one more day. After checking out the outdoors, and deciding that this mornings downpour was not worth the effort, he was back to the nanners, for more R and R.

Happy Mother's Day to everyone! I hope everyone has a great day. The other night I came in from outside to find all my kitties lined up on the sofa, catching some ZZZZZzzzzz's.... It was kinda cute to see them all there in a row, so I took a photo. Elsa is in the front, BlackJack in the middle, and Mannie in the rear.

Happy Mommy's Day to all our beans! We LUBS you!!! You kitties want to hang out today? Or should we stay with our beans, and give back all the cuddles and stuff that they give us? What'd'ya guys think? hey - heads up too! Rusty leaves for the big apple today (right Rusty?), so road trip pending!! See you guys! ~~ Mannie ~~ i almost forgots! Nice cheffin' for Tasha's party last night - it was so cool. We outdid ourselves with the party fuds. SWEET!

Happy Mother's Day to you Michelle!!! I hope you have a nice relaxing, uneventful day....if only Mannie would cooperate and REDUCE his number and not increase. I know you're on the west coast, same as me, so how are you already doing a +2. You must get up waaayy early. I thought 6 am was early (when I shoot). During the week, it doesn't bother me, but I never get to sleep in on the weekend and that has taken some getting used to.

Hi Michelle, nice AMPS for Mannie and maybe the +2 is a food spike. I hope Mannie has some nice surprise blues and greens to give you for Mother's Day! I test early, too, mostly because if i have appointments, I make them early. I bet, too, in time Mannie and DGS will become best buds. Mannie is checking out the baby's scent in the toy basket! Morning Patty - yep, I am an early riser - have been for years, old habits die hard... Mannie has a 4:30 AM shoot time... But I kinda like it. We hit nadir early in the morning, and a night, which still gives me the day. most of the time. :lol: I could not agree more on the never being able to sleep in. that too I got used too.... though there are days.... :lol: -- and yes, down would be better than up. **sigh**, and we hope his +4/5 gives me just that. :razz:

Hi Ann - I hope so too... He sometimes spikes at +2, so I hope today is the same. and yes - I like the early test/shoot time, same reasons. I hope so with my DGS - I think we will get there. on the bestest bean thing - thanks!

Mannie is looking good this morning...he is so consistent with his Mannie spike and then down he goes. Come on buddy...let's see some green today!!

Hi Marje - Well actually - they did stop by: for mom day and birthdays coming up this week. We had a great time - DH and DS cooked - Eggs Benedict with hash browns on the side. DD and DSIL came bearing donuts: really good donuts! -- and yes on the spike and then the down - it was NICE to see him stay down today - sweet!!!!!! --- and yes :shock: :shock: Elsa ia a tortie, but a tortie without the tortie 'tude. how that happened I will never know.... She is actually at the bottom of the pecking order here.

Hi all - sorry to be MIA tonight - but took DS#1 to see DS#2 play. his band was having a show in Seattle tonight. He has never been able to head him play, so tonight was a treat, LOUD music, but he played very well. His brother was so happy to finally, after all these years, be able to hear him play.

While I was gone DH fed Mannie. I opted to feed this cycle with a 10% MC from the get go with pmps. I am sure it was overcarb, but I needed to play it safe with a 134 pmps. I came home to a 186 @ +4. Not what I would really like, but it is blue, and I didn't totally blow him out of the park. I am relieved not to come home to a pink. I wonder what he would have done if I could have fed LC. DH can't test so... safe it was.

Hi Marje - It was a grand day. relaxing, good food, nobody in a rush to go or be anywhere. How nice was that? I hated to carb him up tonight - but when you can't test,and that inner voice says - he'll be dropping, well - fed the 10 %. I am so grateful that it was still blue when I got home. omg! wonderful!! -- and yes - no 'tude on that tortie... true on celi - i often thought of that.
