Good Caturday Morning Lantus Land!

Awww.....open windows are a requirement this weekend. We have the first of the "hot, spring-like" weather rolling through! Yes, our wise weatherman Dick Goddard is predicting 80F! So in between pet sits I plan on getting the cold frame set up in the backyard and risk starting some of the cold weather veggies in it! I can't wait for lettuce! 80 and a cold frame? Well real planting around here doesn't start until after Memorial Day as we've been known for frost until that time. Two years ago we had 18 inches of snow the second week of May!
I brought some Forsythia branches in the other day to force open...guess the ones in the yard will be bursting open this weekend!
Attie's numbers continue to hold and we're shooting for the overlap again for the 3rd. cycle  One stinkin' drop this way or that! Of course he would be in-between, in-between the dose lines. 2.5 skinny!
Gary of course is being incorrigible! If he hears me at all ...he starts up his racket! OMG.... Between his midnight yowling and his ...I hear you meowing.... Monday isn't going to come fast enough. I do believe the den bonding is working...too well. He even sat in my lap and let me pick him up last night. He is getting well attached and that is good, as MudCat isn't. The minute she could connect up with Krueger(GA) at the time...I was second fiddle.
Well the collars didn't last too long.... Skinny mini MudCat managed to get her front paw and shoulder through hers. It was so tightly stuck I had to cut it off with scissors. I don't think they make a collar small enough for her to not manage to get tangled in it! Krueger(GA) hated collars so badly ...he would actually even pull them off other cats! Awww....well. Chips anyone?
Edit PS:...........OHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! The Barred Owl is calling in the backyard this morning!!!!
